im from further up north and shops like these take the form of standalone delis. i was disappointed bc i couldn't find a cheap BEC anywhere. but i learned that those places can be found in the ground floor of hospitals and offices. and they are amazing.
this place is no exception. seems like one lady runs it all, and she provides excellent service.

tried calling this deli 2x today to inquire about placing a large catering order in an effort to support local business. the lady that answered the phone was rude as she ignored my request and hung up on me both times! ended up placing my order with panera up the street with no issue. disappointing experience.
