Came down with my entire family from New Jersey to visit as we had a funeral, Kelly and Brandon at the front are absolutely outstanding with customer service!! Wholeheartedly believe these two deserve the recognition and a raise! Always smiling, saying good morning or afternoon. Everyone is so quick to talk about the bad experience. Here’s some positive - some of the cleanest rooms I have ever seen within a hotel. The restaurant staff is beyond friendly and always willing to help out. The amenities? A wonderful bonus!!!! Parking garage is attached with makes for super easy entry to the hotel. Honestly would always recommend staying here☺️ would come back just simply because of Kelly and Brandon!
It was a bit old and needed to be remodeled, it was probably a 4 star hotel 10 years ago but I'd say it's a 3 star now with 4 star prices.
I stayed there with my two grandchildren, six and seven years of age from October 17th-19th. Everything was superb and the front desk, particularly Paul, Amy and Waqif Went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. The customer service was definitely top-notch!!
Very nice hotel with a great breakfast area. The rooms and general areas are very clean.
Have stayed here twice for trips to visit college-going kiddo. The breakfast staff is always fantastic and i have watched with appreciation how they help older guests with their needs with warmth and patience. Desk staff has been friendly and helpful.
We paid extra for a balcony room but that felt like a waste of money. The balcony was much smaller than what I saw in photos. It would have been hard to fit the 3 of us on the balcony. There was one tiny table and chair outside and the balcony door didn't close right. The sleeper sofa worked good for our son and the main bed was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave were appreciated. We used both. Shower was good also. The breakfast was some of the best we have had while traveling. We got to enjoy cocktail hour one time while we were there. 2 free drinks per adult guest. I got an espresso martini and a beer. They do offer kids drinks as well and non-alcoholic options. The pool area was nice. No complaints. The parking garage was easy to navigate as well. Overall I would recommend staying here. It is close to DC and plenty of other things to do in the area. No complaints.
Breakfast area is tight but food was fresh
To make a long story short I am extremely unhappy with our stay on 9/12/25. As you can see in the attached pictures we found a cockroach in our room. We immediately left, when checking out at the front desk we showed the night auditor the pictures and told him the bug had been left in the room for them to see. We asked for a manager to call us, that never happened. I do not think it is fair to charge us for a room we did not stay in due to unsanitary standards.
Front desk service was poor — no clear explanation of the deposit, inconsistent in offering amenities, and not transparent about room adjustments. I was given a high-floor room instead of the corner room I expected, but the staff’s attitude made the experience disappointing.
Parking is really inconvenient. For the price, I would choose elsewhere next time.

This a wonderful hotel. The rooms are suites spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. It felt like staying at a resort. They provide a great breakfast the has something for everyone including an omelet station. They have an daily early evening happy hour that includes 1 free drink for each adult. There is a safe, parking garage that has a daily fee, but all the wonderful additions, it is well worth it.
the staff are very helpful
generous welcome package and upgrade
but the brand or hotel uses very misleading language, the two room rate actually buys me living room plus bedroom
its not wrong because they did show one bed somewhere but truly misleading
This embassy Hilton at Washington DC was the worst stay of my life.
We got both room very far from each other. They gave us far room. I did two rooms booking in one reservation & this hotel staff gave us both room far from each other. Why.?
If the hotel was fully booked they should had seen in my reservation that I did one reservation for two rooms so how come they gave us both room far from each other. Very unfair not fair.
Worst staff service n not happy. Zero customer service. My family was very unhappy n upset. Very disappointing. Won’t go back again n won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We should had got the room next to each other..
who does this when the person do two rooms n they expect to get next to Each other why they gave us one room next to elevator 206 n then next room is at the end of the floor which it was very far. Why it wasn’t organized..
A great place to stay in a beautiful neighbourhood. Special mention to Lucia who gave us great service in the breakfast area.
Room was decent but definitely threadbare in areas. AC unit was okay.
Pull out sofa was stained.
All sheets and linens were top-notch.
Room was nicely cleaned up and refreshed by housekeeping for our second night. All staff were top notch.
Very busy!
