I ordered two pizzas. My son went to eat the pizza and the toppings slid off in one clump. I went to examine the pizza and realized the dough underneath was wet and undercooked. I called to let the staff know and went to get fresh pizzas. I walked in and was immediately told I should have ordered my pizza well done to avoid this. The pizza was remade but I asked for a refund in good faith considering I had to make an extra trip for their mistake. If you want uncooked pizza, piss poor customer service and a little gaslighting…this is the place!

Disappointed the driver forgets an item and when we called to ask about it, to just get told they don’t have it, then the rep on the phone tells me I can send something else but next time order it right. Order right? Mam your driver FORGOT A PART OF MY ORDER AND I TIPPED! But ok im a regular ordering customer and that helped me acknowledge that I should just keep it moving and order elsewhere if im going to be told I can’t get what was ordered and I PAID FOR IT. Yea they won’t care to lose a customer but just putting it out there be aware if you order something and it’s missing that’s their answer for you.

Phenomenal customer service. Had trouble with equipment accepting payment...the register employee was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently solved the issue. Here's the most wonderful part I dropped my pie before reaching the door...Pie-man Extrodiare Mr. Chen offers right away to make me another. He took customer satisfaction to another wonderful level. Thanks guys for an inspiring experience.

Just ordered a “speciality pizza” the New York Style. It is horrible. It has absolutely no sauce on it and arrived lukewarm. It’s just dry crust. It is NOTHING like a New York style pizza. It is just their regular pizza cut into bigger slices. Don’t waste your money. Delivery was fast - but if the food is below mediocre - who cares how fast it gets there.

We had food delivered on 4/26/24 at night. The delivery driver, while speaking on the phone, threw the bag of food to the ground and expected us to get down on our knees to get the food from the bag. Horrible service and we hope management at this store will further look into this.

The delivery driver Leonard could not find the correct entrance to the campus. I have to walk to the gate to meet him. He still asked me for the tip. Terrible service by this delivery driver Leonard! Worst delivery driver I met so far!

The pizza was terrible. It arrived Luke warm dried out and not cut properly. When placing the order language translation was a bit of a challenge. The delivery seems to go ok. I won't order again. I should have read previous reviews.

Worst service everI ordered to pickup and when getting in the store was not acknowledged or greeted I informed the guy that I got and order to pick up and the person handling to me literally did throw it on the counter I ask for napkins and plates the guy handle me the full packed napkins plates for me to open , he was nasty and had a horrible attitudeEven tho I understand that might be busy hour I don’t think we do deserve be treated like that courtesy is a basic when working at customer service and this place doesn’t have that at all
They always give extremely good deals, like the emergency free pizza. The garlic knots and pepperoni pizza are my favorites. The pizza is made quickly, you can get it in about 10 to 15 minutes. The service is nice too, will be back soon!

Extremely fast service first time trying dominoes online it was easy as pie literally. The pizza was fresh and appealing. I love that they have other meat options. I'll order again soon!!The photo is their buffalo chicken with extra chicken i highly recommend!Their philly cheesesteak isnt real good its way too sticky chewy doesnt settle well when chewing.Wish they had a seal on their pizza like other competitors is what I'd recommend

This was my first time ordering at this location. It is now 1:09 AM. I placed my order at 11:45 PM they told me it will be a 35 minute wait to deliver my food which is not true. It’s been over a hour. Keep in mind I live three minutes away. I could’ve go and picked it up if I wasn’t babysitting. I have not yet received my pizza. I’m pretty sure I’m not going to either. I was working all day didn’t get to eat anything so this was going to be my breakfast and apparently I guess I didn’t get to eat that either so I’m going to head off to bed hungry and disappointed
