Imagine calling because your order says delivered and its not here, just for the worker to hang up on you while you’re asking where the driver is. Poor professionalism at this location and even though its closest to my house, I will not frequent again. Please hire people with better communication and people skills.

HITS THE SPOT! Great location. I was reading some of the negative reviews and I didn’t see much about the taste of the food, so I wanted to see for myself. I walked in and it was really nice! It looked brand new inside. I had called and it was so easy. I got a classic cheese pizza. The customer service was great. I picked it up and it was ready and HOT. I finished it by the time I got to my house which was 5 mins away. I could see the details of the pizza, the seasoning was beyond perfection. I LOVED IT! Also it was $12 for a medium pizza. Who can beat that in Bethesda? PLEASE SUPPORT THEM! I’ll be back. Thank you to the team for being amazing despite the picky reviews that honestly were nasty customers and not the food nor customer service. This place is spectacular.

Always super quick from the time you order until it is ready. Usually takes less than 10 minutes. I'm within walking distance, so this was super convenient. If you order with your account online, you can get free Parmesan bites every second order.

My pizza looked like it was run over in the parking lot before delivery. We ate it, because we did not want it to go to waste. It would have been nice if the location offered us a coupon for a unsmashed pizza in the future. I called the location, but the guy on the phone was clueless. I was trying to watch Daredevil with my son, so I gave up and hung up the phone. I am regretting giving the driver the $6 tip before I opened the pizza box and saw the sorry state.

Dominoes stepped it's game up. Food and delivery was up to par. For decades I have refused to eat Dominoes since I heard a gory childhood story/myth and always opted for every other pizza (I know childish right? I still refuse to grow up lol). Well my kid was given a gift card here so I figured I'd give it a shot and order extra for my family; sure enough it did not disappoint.
I ordered two pizzas. My son went to eat the pizza and the toppings slid off in one clump. I went to examine the pizza and realized the dough underneath was wet and undercooked. I called to let the staff know and went to get fresh pizzas. I walked in and was immediately told I should have ordered my pizza well done to avoid this. The pizza was remade but I asked for a refund in good faith considering I had to make an extra trip for their mistake. If you want uncooked pizza, piss poor customer service and a little gaslighting…this is the place!

Disappointed the driver forgets an item and when we called to ask about it, to just get told they don’t have it, then the rep on the phone tells me I can send something else but next time order it right. Order right? Mam your driver FORGOT A PART OF MY ORDER AND I TIPPED! But ok im a regular ordering customer and that helped me acknowledge that I should just keep it moving and order elsewhere if im going to be told I can’t get what was ordered and I PAID FOR IT. Yea they won’t care to lose a customer but just putting it out there be aware if you order something and it’s missing that’s their answer for you.

Phenomenal customer service. Had trouble with equipment accepting payment...the register employee was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficiently solved the issue. Here's the most wonderful part I dropped my pie before reaching the door...Pie-man Extrodiare Mr. Chen offers right away to make me another. He took customer satisfaction to another wonderful level. Thanks guys for an inspiring experience.

Just ordered a “speciality pizza” the New York Style. It is horrible. It has absolutely no sauce on it and arrived lukewarm. It’s just dry crust. It is NOTHING like a New York style pizza. It is just their regular pizza cut into bigger slices. Don’t waste your money. Delivery was fast - but if the food is below mediocre - who cares how fast it gets there.
