Normally a big fan of Dominos but very disappointed after my last order. It took 70 minutes for delivery. When it got here one of the items was incorrect. I called the store and asked them to refund just that item, but the only option they gave me was to send out a new delivery with a replacement item. They “had no way to refund just the $10 item” and my only option was to wait another hour+ for some breadsticks. I hope they figure out how to treat customers better.

We pick up pizza here constantly on a weekly basis. Every time the order is messed up. This last time the worker wasn’t that friendly when we asked him to correct the order. I’m not sure why he keeps messing up the same exact order every week. It’s put in clearly on the app. Maybe he can’t see all the details about the order? We’re not trying to be difficult. We’re just trying to get what we asked/paid for on the order.
Update: The employee who was previously missing the details on the orders adjusted and now is doing a good job. I appreciate him putting in the extra effort! We will continue to come here.

I chose this location so I didn’t have to pay for parking since I live in Bethesda. Yes, It’s another domino disappointment. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sub and a pepperoni pizza and chocolate lava cakes. The lava cakes are delicious but small in size. It’s death by chocolate and an overload on sugar. Very sweet. In my experience, they don’t use enough sauce on the pizza. It was dried out although the flavor was pleasant. The sauce is spicy compared to Pizza Hut. Don’t order the chicken Parmesan sub because they don’t use a full chicken breast. They have chunks of chicken in marinara sauce that they put on a bun with a slice of cheese and it’s disgusting. The bread is 2 inches thick and you don’t taste any chicken; only bread and sauce. Don’t waste your money. What a disappointment.! The only reason why I’ll be going back is to use my points on a free item at that location. The curbside delivery was late. They put a two minute timer on the clock once I arrived. And if they don’t bring out your food in two minutes, you get a free pizza. It was my first time using the app and it doesn’t show the price until the very end. Very poorly designed app. There are no great reasonably priced pizza restaurants in Bethesda! They are all over priced for a few slices of pepperoni, flour, water, sauce, and shreds of cheese.

Our online order goes to this location, but the app doesn’t show any progress and the time keeps getting later and later. No one answers the phone. After an hour we called the 800 number and they cancelled the order…and then the wrong order showed up 30 minutes later when we were putting our kids to bed. Do not recommend.

Dominos is back. After a decades and decades long departure from my pizza life, Dominos is back. Maybe not the best in the world, but really, really good and their gluten free pizza is really, very good; our daughter is a fan!
I ordered a pizza, specialty chicken, and blue cheese dressing cup. They forgot the dressing cup for the chicken and the chicken was too spicy w/o the dressing. I paid $10 for delivery & tip on a $19 food charge...that's over 50% markup for service I did not get! Not happy!

I picked up my order here at 830 on Thursday august 18 and I hope managers see this because the gentleman who brought me my pizza was phenomenal. I handed him a tip when he gave me my pizza and he thanked me and walked away. Then he turns around and returns to a man who was sitting on the curb who the dominos worker thought needed help and he offered the man his tip. It was such a genuine and wholesome interaction. I didn’t catch the workers name but management you have some great employees I hope they are commended for their actions.
