Although I note another reviewer's sympathy on their recent Halloween order, the customer service on that evening was atrocious. Our order (which was multiple pizzas for a bunch of teens) arrived after two hours despite being made in the early evening. Mutilple calls and requests for updates via the app went unanswered, and when the pizzas finally arrived, we were missing an appetizer. Attempts to get in touch with the store management after the fact went unanswered as well. While I don't blame the employees for a busy night, the communication from the store's management during and after the night was atrocious. I will avoid this location in the future.

Parking was terrible. People driving the wrong way. Pizza was a little burnt and barely had toppings. Wasn't that clean and only 1 staff was working. Waited 25mins till he could help me.

Today on Halloween night I ordered pizza for delivery and I waited for over an hour and a half for it. I checked the dominos tracker and it was not updating at all. I called but there was no answer so I made my way over to the store. I know the start of this sounds negative but I want to say that this is not a negative review but more of an observation. When I went in every person was busting their ass off to get pizzas prepped, in the oven, and boxed in record time. The line to this location was out the door and the phones were ringing off the hook but the employees were calm and handling everything like a pro. The cashier was calm for each customer even though I saw the customers were getting frustrated with him. I know it is not easy working on Halloween night when there are a million and one Halloween parties that most likely called to place order for 50+ people. I wanted to say that even though I was annoyed at first you don't know what really is happening until you see it. I take my hat off to all those who were working tonight.

Just like any dominoes, like starbucks you get what u expect, good food imo. I get it delivered to my door and drivers are friendly and timely. Used to be a really nice guy in store with incredible customer service skills but he's sadly not there anymore. I'm saying this more to Dominoes than the public: know your employees, don't take an outstanding worker for granted; give them a raise and benefits cuz he was Def making big $ for y'all, and people tip the drivers well it's not cheap to keep a vehicle running .

Came to pick up 2 pizzas. Was told 30 min. Got there, they were extremely behind, no one’s pick up order was ready, people were cancelling orders, but they continued to take more orders. Got my pizzas 50 min after ordering. Extremely disorganized!
Normally a big fan of Dominos but very disappointed after my last order. It took 70 minutes for delivery. When it got here one of the items was incorrect. I called the store and asked them to refund just that item, but the only option they gave me was to send out a new delivery with a replacement item. They “had no way to refund just the $10 item” and my only option was to wait another hour+ for some breadsticks. I hope they figure out how to treat customers better.

We pick up pizza here constantly on a weekly basis. Every time the order is messed up. This last time the worker wasn’t that friendly when we asked him to correct the order. I’m not sure why he keeps messing up the same exact order every week. It’s put in clearly on the app. Maybe he can’t see all the details about the order? We’re not trying to be difficult. We’re just trying to get what we asked/paid for on the order.
Update: The employee who was previously missing the details on the orders adjusted and now is doing a good job. I appreciate him putting in the extra effort! We will continue to come here.

I chose this location so I didn’t have to pay for parking since I live in Bethesda. Yes, It’s another domino disappointment. I ordered the chicken Parmesan sub and a pepperoni pizza and chocolate lava cakes. The lava cakes are delicious but small in size. It’s death by chocolate and an overload on sugar. Very sweet. In my experience, they don’t use enough sauce on the pizza. It was dried out although the flavor was pleasant. The sauce is spicy compared to Pizza Hut. Don’t order the chicken Parmesan sub because they don’t use a full chicken breast. They have chunks of chicken in marinara sauce that they put on a bun with a slice of cheese and it’s disgusting. The bread is 2 inches thick and you don’t taste any chicken; only bread and sauce. Don’t waste your money. What a disappointment.! The only reason why I’ll be going back is to use my points on a free item at that location. The curbside delivery was late. They put a two minute timer on the clock once I arrived. And if they don’t bring out your food in two minutes, you get a free pizza. It was my first time using the app and it doesn’t show the price until the very end. Very poorly designed app. There are no great reasonably priced pizza restaurants in Bethesda! They are all over priced for a few slices of pepperoni, flour, water, sauce, and shreds of cheese.
