Large women ignoring me, even after I tried to greet them. One really nice lady that was cleaning came over to assist me. I should have gotten her name.
The service here is consistently bad and in a horrible location if you’re not riding the metro.
Will not be returning, because of the TERRIBLE service.

No restrooms for customers. How do you have a food establishment yet close off your restrooms for customers.

Needs improvement. Ordered 10 minutes ahead. Got there, order wasn’t ready. While waiting for it I was told one of my items was not available. During the wait, I had to remind the young lady about my donuts because she was just walking around. I prefer the Dunkin’ Donuts on Bethesda Avenue instead.

This Dunkin donuts was horrendous! My friend has a very serious allergy of milk, she told them no milk in her coffee and they put milk in!! She had an extremely allergic reaction after one sip! They were incredibly rude, all of the staff. It was a hostile environment and atmosphere.

I had ordered my drink it’s a Iced Chai Latte and ended up getting Coffee. I can’t drink coffee!!! I get headaches. I tried calling the store and the phone is disconnected.

Yesterday me and my uncle and my cousin went to this location and I was going to order harsh browns there and the guy said we serve lunch at 5pm and also the lack of customer service when the guy with the curly hair made our coffee he forgot to add 2 Carmel swirl on my uncle and my cousin hot coffees and also place order with out calling out the order name and manager came in help because the lack of performance the two guys have and my coffee they Lied to me that they steamed the milk and only put one sweet low in my coffee and I drinked my coffee on how they made. Never come to this. Dunkin people who work here have lack of customer service and don’t how to make our drinks properly.

We pay for drinks and donuts or bagels and we get no respect + place is not clean .

and the Rockville pk is ok too .

This has been the 3rd time in less than two weeks that I have had a bad experience with this specific dunkin donuts location. Before now, I never had a complaint about them. They have all new employees working there now and going in there is chaotic. The employees lack good people skills and customer service. One person kept asking customer their names but wouldn't help make the products that the customers were waiting on. another lady would make sandwiches and stare at the names on the orders but wouldn't call out the names. The wait time has been ridiculous. I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich and drink when there's four employees working and no drive thru. I am just over it and will not be going back to that location.

This DD is conveniently located in the bus depot and the Bethedsa Metro stop. It's a great location but can be confusing for visitors to find. The staff is always friendly and professional. I prefer this DD over the others. The coffee is always on point, I've never had a bad coffee from them. If I need a quick breakfast on my way into DC I always get their bacon and cheese egg bites, which are way better than the other coffee chain. I am sad DD discontinued the signature churro iced latte, but it's not the stores fault.

7:45pm. I get in the store, while the two guys who work there hanging with their Friends. He claimed, he can't make me the food because he is about to close, and any single customers who walking, he made them leave with no food as well. Very unfair

Dunkin is my absolutely favourite spot for a quick caffeine boost! Their coffee never disappoints, and the convenient location makes it a go-to choice for me. The staff are also kind and friendly. Plus, their donut's are the perfect indulgence. Highly recommended it for anyone in need of a delicious coffee.

Parking: It depends at what time you visit this place.
