This DD is conveniently located in the bus depot and the Bethedsa Metro stop. It's a great location but can be confusing for visitors to find. The staff is always friendly and professional. I prefer this DD over the others. The coffee is always on point, I've never had a bad coffee from them. If I need a quick breakfast on my way into DC I always get their bacon and cheese egg bites, which are way better than the other coffee chain. I am sad DD discontinued the signature churro iced latte, but it's not the stores fault.

7:45pm. I get in the store, while the two guys who work there hanging with their Friends. He claimed, he can't make me the food because he is about to close, and any single customers who walking, he made them leave with no food as well. Very unfair

Dunkin is my absolutely favourite spot for a quick caffeine boost! Their coffee never disappoints, and the convenient location makes it a go-to choice for me. The staff are also kind and friendly. Alright, this review is meant to be seen as a precaution to anyone who thinks about getting a drink from this Dunkin location around the late afternoon to closing time. Morning shift do an alright job.I've ordered from this location multiple times to give it a fair chance of deciding whether its terrible or not and I can definitively say that it's ABHORRENT the way they make iced coffee drinks for the late shift. There iced lattes on multiple occasions have come out with a microscopic amount of caramel, a raindrop of espresso and then 99.9% milk. You might as well be asking for a 16oz cup of over priced Clover Farms.Their iced caramel coffee was another case of putting a nonexistent amount of caramel in it and having coffee that tastes more like mud water, as if someone just drooled over coffee grounds and sent it out.

I just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to DJ. He was the only one working and there were a ton if people but he was so pleasant and nice. My coffee was made perfectly. I was really impressed w his service.

Been here on a number of occasions, but today will be my last. Employee behind the counter claimed they didn't have any hot coffee beverages available, even though I could clearly see one had been made for a mobile order and was waiting for pick-up, and another customer had a drink while sitting in the store. I can look past their past mistakes in getting my orders wrong, but if your employees are so lazy to not even make a simple hot coffee, they need to be replaced.

So I just left this location with 0 donuts because the staff member attempted to grab donuts bare handed after literally reaching into a trash can in front of me. I asked her to wash her hands and she caught an attitude. Then she sent another lady up to the register to help me...who tried to take my order with her hands in her back pockets, and opening the donut bag bare handed. It’s just basic health and safety food handling being violated here, it’s disgusting. I just wanted cheap donuts without the side of E. Coli!

Good luck finding the entrance. It's like down in a cave somewhere under the street. Called for directions and the line was off the hook. I still don't have coffee. 0 stars.
Stopped in with my husband to pick up our daughter from work. The place is tiny and hardly any place to sit. Maybe most people get their coffee and donuts to go...so maybe ample seating is not necessary. We ordered some donut holes, and as always, they were tasty. This place was hard to find, but we were from out of town, and after wandering around for about 5 minutes, we finally asked someone, and they pointed us in the right direction. There is street parking, a parking lot within walking distance and public transport. Keep in mind that parking is metered, so make sure you have a monet for the machine.
