I had the best experience with a tall and smiley lady. My food and drink were okay, what you would expect from Dunkin, but her service was amazing. She really made an effort. I have been to this location a couple of times now, but service has improved a lot.

I ordered a matcha latte and My drink was really good but the staff didn’t know how to speak English. I’d understand if it was a barista and didn’t need to communicate with us but the cashier only knew the words on the menu.

Store hours said closed 10PM, he might have had enough that day and locked up the door by 9Pm, head phone on, when I went to pick my order up, yes ordered online, and he saw me trying to open the door, looked back down to his phone and ignored me.

The worker at the front got my order wrong and seemed to not care about his job. The plain donut he gave me, instead of the chocolate donut I ordered, tasted mid. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend.

Ordered what I usually order for pickup, but when I got home I found that both lattes ordered were so overly sweetened that they were undrinkable and had to get tossed... I'm not sure what happened, but whoever made those drinks drowned it in sugar and I probably won't be using this location again.

Hey I went in a long time ago and it was the just biggest deal in the world that I ordered 1 drink; it took forever for the 3 men behind the counter to make it, all they did was stand around and ponder instead of actually just getting my order completed. I even sat in the store after I finally was given the drink. I am afraid to even enter the store again :(

This location the service is SO poor. I have been coming in for the 2-free weeks of drinks and I order a food item and drink and they almost always forget the food item. Today I came in after placing my order 15-minutes prior and they hadn’t started the order, and there was only 1 customer in the store and no one in line or waiting for drinks. I like the free drink but otherwise I would go to another location.
