I keep hoping for a better experience, but each time it somehow is worse. The exterior and interior are disgusting and need a heavy cleaning. I constantly order on the app ahead of time, but yet always find myself waiting. Breakfast sandwiches are constantly burnt, cheese not melted and certainly not worth the price. One of these days, i'll learn my lesson.

This location is the worst one I have ever been to. The employees are rude, apathetic, and slow. They can't make any order correctly, even a simple coffee with cream. The work space and store is just overall dirty. Don't waste your time or money at this one find a better location.

Before I walked in I was holding the door for a worker when he greeted me by saying “Were closing in 10-15 minutes”.Which wasn’t true they were closing in 25 minutes. Maybe they were rushing to go home so instead of asking for a latte I ask for a tea (Hot water and a tea bag).Cashier said they didn’t have any tea. And there was no donuts to choose from everything was in the back.I’m also 7 months pregnant and just wanted something hot to drink because I wasn’t feeling well. If I can give this place 0 stars I would.

I have been going to this Baskin Robbins /Dunkin doughnuts for a long time. I order the same iced latte every time I go and often get ice cream for my son as well, I ordered my normal drink with cream instead of milk and the young woman who was helping me gave me milk. Politely I asked her to please change it to cream and out of nowhere this manager possibly owner came out and started to yell at me saying they won't use cream and continued to berate me as I tried to explain calmly that I come there almost everyday and using cream had never been a problem. He also made sure to yell at me saying he hadn't seen me come in as if I were lying, All I had asked for was the cream and he screamed "We don't do that" and I said well each time I come in here they do it for me, I had already paid and he continued to carry on yelling at me that he would give me my money back, but refused to make a new one with cream. He couldn't calm himself and as I was leaving with the original wrong drink they had made, I said I am going to do my first yelp review as this is no way to treat anyone. He continued yelling as I left the place. This was a terrible experience over cream. I left shaking, needless to say, I will never return there again and I still can't believe how angry and terrible he behaved. I would like to give 0 stars, but it won't allow me so I'll give it one star for convenience.

Manager very rude. Service is terrible. I ordered a drink and was there 17min with only one person ahead of me . Manager gave me a hard time about my drink being incorrect to the point I wanted a refund and go to another location. This is not the first time having bad service here at this location . They only cater to YT people or of their own ethnicity. I will never go there again poor customer service.

A young female cashier was very rude from the start of taking the order, she was charging over $100's by mistake. Then when brought to her attention she started cursing the client with profanity and calling her bad names, the client responded with insults also then they started throwing stuff at each other, the cashier through coffee at the client first the client then responded by throwing some at her also. The other coworkers did nothing to stop the altercation. Then when two other customers came in to find out what happened the cashier went off on them also. Total lack of responsibility, accountability, professionalism, and anything else associated with what Dunkin Donuts should would like to stand for .I am never spending my money in that place as long as those trashy people work there.

If you want to wait 15 minutes for your coffee or get belittled by the flamboyant manager go here. This location used to be good but lately with that manager there it's gone downhill. The decaf is inconsistent- sometimes the cream curdles in it, sometimes it tastes like water, sometimes it tastes like the midnight roast. No consistencies even when I order it the exact same way every time. But then the manager made fun of me twice when I had to ask for more cream. What time he told me that's because decaf is like drinking water so it's not their fault. I can do without the harassment and sarcasm. Worst manager I've ever seen I feel bad for the staff it's no wonder that all the good ones have left.

While most customers were obtaining their orders straight from the hands of the gentlemen working, my son's breakfast order was placed without gaining our attention on the top of the ice cream case. There it sat while I fretted stupidly around the restaurant attending to four kids, finally interrupting the ordering of another customer to ask why the food was not out. He gestured. If anyone had just said SOMETHING, it wouldn't have sat there for who knows how many minutes getting cold on the metal counter. Then they had only put 6 hash browns in the bag. Double annoyed! I spent $27 for a dozen donuts, a sausage breakfast sandwich & 6 hashbrowns. If you are unwilling to speak to customers waiting for their food, then please make the effort to get their attention some other way so they aren't getting angrier & angrier waiting for food sitting on the counter.Further, put up a SIGN if you expect customers to check for their food order. Why doesn't this store have an order & pick up counter???? It might be fast food, but a basic freakin sign would alleviate the workers from engaging in customers. It's clear they'd rather watch a Mom get more worried about being late to the next place, and worried the meter would run out, then speak to her about where the order was. We had 20 minutes. It's weird to spend 15 minutes fretting & no one telling you your food was with the ice cream. So annoying. Customers should not have to leave the store feeling stupid.

If i could give zero stars i would. The two guys working 12/13, during the night shift were extremely rude couldn't make my order correctly and said they couldn't make it. Then laughed at me when i was ordering which is my regular order that other locations have always been able to fulfill.
