Let me be VERY clear: this is hands down the WORST-managed restaurant I have ever dealt with. The manager is unbelievably cheap, and one of the cashiers the light-skinned Spanish girl with black hair who works there some days is shockingly rude. She literally sat in front of me and talked nasty about me to the manager in Spanish, not knowing I understood every single word. The disrespect was outrageous, unprofessional, and honestly felt racist. I walked out feeling disgusted.
And the food? A complete disaster. Burned pizza. Wrong orders. Being charged for sauces that never make it into the bag. Itās mistake after mistake after mistake.
If you care about customer service, quality, or basic respect, DO NOT COME HERE. If youāre thinking about catering for your office or event? Absolutely do NOT. Save yourself the stress and spend your money somewhere that values customers.

Ngl, the Load Breakfast Burrito is fire and hits the spot. Esp on a Sunday where u r feeling rough (and maybe hungover). It really is fully loaded: eggs, meat, veggies, cheese, potatoes, fresh avocado, pickled jalapeƱos, and sauce. Highly recommended! Wanted to put a spotlight on this, as Iām always on the hunt for excellent breakfast burritos. Also, it was wrapped perfectly. Nice tortilla. Grilled a little bit on one side, nice touch.

Pleasant greeting by the hostess. Food and customer care is mediocre at the best. Kitchen messed my sandwich order, missing the lattice and tomatoās, when brought back they just handed me the ingredients, when in the reality should have remade the sandwich. I havenāt ordered a self service, why should a have to get my hands on making it.

I came in for lunch to feed my fellow co workers at my job. Theirs a worker guy their name Roberto. That guy is absolutely amazing. Lots of hospitality I felt right at home as he said good bye brother which is absolutely amazing. In a world that's so cold literally with all this snow laying aroud Roberto has a way of warming it up just a little so. Big honorable recognition to Mr Roberto. Thanks a whole lot

First time eating at Edithās Pizza Bethesda, pleasantly surprised, I created my favourite pizza with mushrooms, peppers, chicken and Avocado! Opted for a small 10ā one and luckily I did because I couldnāt finish it!
That said the pizza was excellent, the dough was delicious, fluffy on the sides, thin underneath, the toppings were fresh and they loaded it properly! It was absolutely delicious!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Well done Edithās Pizza Bethesda!!! Iāll be back for sure!!!š
