Absolute love falafel inc!! Specifically this location because it’s close to my house but all of them are amazing!! The whole ethos of the company is something o can get behind and to boot… the food is freaking amazing, cheap and huge! All the sauce you could ask for. Freshly made falafel. Delicious hummus! Come for a visit and you won’t leave disappointed!

Just back from the Westfield Montgomery Mall Food court. Between 6:25-6:30 pm, walk up to the Falafel Ic place . I see the lady staff there wiping counters. Because of the time, and because I saw no other staff, I asked politely “Are you closed?” She glanced at me, completely dismissed me, didn’t even bother to ask what I wanted said “Yes - we are closed”.( In English)
Fine- was disappointed but walked over to the Grill Kabob a few counters down and gave my order for a falafel wrap. Looked across at Falafel Inc and saw her serving a customer! So it was open for this person and not for me?
Went back and asked the server- “why did you tell me you are closed? ” . And she answers back - “Oh because we are out of chicken. We have falafel! “ What??? Not AT ALL the answer she gave me earlier. Another customer comes and I see her serving him too. So let’s just say I don’t look the same as these other customers being served. Usually non confrontational . But I felt terrible. Why couldn’t I get service but all these other people were being served?
Went back to talk to her. Asked her again why she told me the place was closed and other customers were getting service. Moment she sees me - she starts talking rapidly in Spanish to the second customer- who apparently spoke Spanish- to translate to me that she didn’t speak English very well.
I told him it’s BS. that she spoke in English to me earlier and if nothing she would def know “Closed “ and “Open”. He said “She is saying she is sorry”. Ok so NOW she is sorry because I questioned her about it? I left it at that. I made it clear I wasn’t happy.
I don’t know why she treated me the way she did. Such a small thing- spoilt what should have been a nice evening. Falafel Inc. please train your staff better and that if they say it’s closed to one customer - it better be closed. And if your closing time is 6:20pm and not 7 pm- may be put up a sign that says that as well. Not everyone will just walk away with a half- hearted apology.

This place was amazing, very welcoming and friendly staff. The sauces are a must ! I order the chicken rice bowl with extra white sauce. DELICIOUS! a must try place ! Right next to the chick fil a in Montgomery mall.
