A nice surprise in the hotel lobby. The food was excellent. We got burgers, wings, and crabcakes. The service was great, food came out quickly, and it wasn’t even that expensive. It’s not exactly a destination restaurant, but if you’re in the hotel and need a meal, this is a really good option.
After tea at Hillwood Estate, my friends and I stopped by the Cherry Blossom Festival Pop-up Bar at Fiavola Restaurant inside The Bethesdan. It will be there until 4/14. The restaurant was decorated with cherry blossom garlands and cherry petal pillows. The service was better at the bar than the table. For drinks, we enjoyed the Cherry Blossom inspired cocktails, including Japanese Slipper and Blossom 75, and Pinot Grigios. For food, we enjoyed the Slider Trio, Poutine, and Suntory...
