slow employee prioritized walk-in customer even tho I was there first to pick up UberEats order.

The milk tea was more watered down and flavorless than other Gong Cha bubble tea I have had. Boba was ok, but on the tougher side

Worker got my order wrong and insisted I said something else instead of what I KNOW I said. Left with my wrong order anyways and drank is reluctantly because I wasn’t going to waste it. It’s mad dark inside and the vibes are off. Don’t go. Go to another GongCha because this one isn’t it. Rude worker.

horrible service and system. the transaction when through but the system wasn’t working properly so they refused to give me my drinks even tho they took my money! i understand that this problem is about the system and not the workers but one of the girls working there was very rude, had a horrible attitude, and had no desire to help whatsoever…wouldn’t recommend

They forgot the tapioca in my bubble tea. AKA there was no boba in my boba. Would not recommend.

When first coming into this establishment, everything was clean and organized with multiple areas to sit. I got 3 drinks: strawberry ice smoothie, honeydew and winter melon milk tea. The boba pearls aren’t soft compared to the other Gongcha establishments. The staff were nice and kind at least.

Boba was hard. Inconsistent with other gong Cha boba chains.

I’ve just bought some drinks here. The girl staff who took my order was very gruff. I ordered 4 drinks and I told her that I will take home so that i want them without ice but she acted like we annoyed her. I will never be back here!
