When we’re in the mall most of the time we buy food from this place must be new management or owner we order flafa plate so bad. I told the lady at chaser she don’t care.

Delicious, tender, succulent 🍖 cooked fresh for you. It may take a bit to wait, but trust me, the wait will be worth it. 🤤

Atmosphere is hip and rizzy, service is with a smile. The 🎶 that ________ to ___ here is Teri Meri by Andreea Bostanica. 😉🙏🫶

I just wait for 10 minutes but got a really nice kabob. Rice is super great.

This was absolutely the worst Falafel platter I have ever had, it was basically chick peas smashed into a pancake like patty n fried.... no Cilantro or basic falafel seasoning ....it was serves w/ a scope of some kind of plain white rice and another of yellow rice not sure why so much rice needed, one ir the other would have been fine but neither had any flavor with a side salad n bread....I do have to say the bread was good and the portions were large but as far as the Falafel, they were awfull!!!

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life, the woman at the cash register forced me to put my card in again after I repeatedly told her that it already said accepted, the second time I put my card in again she told me to do it once more but I STATED that I saw it sayin it was accepted with a check mark. Then she repeatedly argued me saying that my card declined and I had no money. Then, the receipt printed, showing it DID go through, the ambiance of the whole restaurant is horrible. Later on, today I found out she charged my card twice and it said I spent 72 dollars here!!! DO NOT get food from here, this establishment has scammed me and when I reported this issue by calling, the manager told me it wasn’t a big deal, “why are you so mad?”, then argued with my mother. I want my 36 dollars back, the service was horrible; the food took almost 20 minutes to make, it was overpriced and wasn’t worth my time. Do not waste your time at this establishment, take my word for it.

“I absolutely loved my experience at Girl Kabob! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The kabobs were juicy and seasoned just right, and the sides complemented the meal beautifully. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire dining experience even better. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a sit-down meal, this place is a gem. Highly recommend to anyone craving delicious kabobs and great service!”

Had chicken kabob today. It had six medium size boneless chicken pieces with freshness and good flavor. Definitely worth trying second time.

Terrible customer service!
At 8:50pm, I asked the cashier to place an order for a chicken platter, said she can’t do it because its closing time. Closing time was 9 pm. My order wouldve taken only 10 mins to cook. This is not the attitude that you should carry in the food industry if you want to build a customer base.

Ordered a veggie platter. They gave me the falafel one and then tried to tell me the veggie one was falafel. Waited 20 minutes.

Wildly inconsistent. Occasionally it’s good. Other times the kabobs are burned, the bread isn’t cooked, or both. Eating here is like Forrest Gump eating chocolates. You never know what you’re going to get. Too expensive to take a chance on it.

I'm not sure why this place has such good reviews. Clearly people don't know good kabob.Anyway, the service was slow, waiting 20 minutes, which of were an actual sit down restaurant with wait staff, that would be acceptable, but not at a food court in a mall. The beef was over cooked, simple iceberg lettuce with burnt dry bread. The only thing that was worth eating was the rice and for $20 for the whole meal, it wasn't worth it.I definitely will not be going back here. That's it and that's all.

Firstly, I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this establishment. I have been eating here for over 15 years now and this is hands down the best place to eat in the food court. It takes 10-15 minutes on an average for the kebabs because they’re made to order and not just microwaved like many other restaurants that have come and gone. Try the Indian restaurant next to Chick Filet and you’ll know. You get chick peas, rice, fresh salad and a freshly baked naan bread with the order. The staff is incredibly courteous and polite. My go to place for lunch!
