Wonderful tapas and paella. Excellent service. Very welcoming. Enjoyed the food several times.
Unbelievably fresh and authentic Mediterranean food! Will definitely return!
The food came really fast and the staff were nice. I would recommend it to you like lamb chops, the ones there were so good.
It used to be better.
I found this spot on V-Day through the MoCo Community spotlight page on IG, so I decided to check it out. The food was amazing, the service was top tier, the ambiance was excellent! I highly recommend Guardado's!
Is always a pleasure to go to Guardados, food is delicious, everyone is friendly and is so nice to see the owner coming to the tables and talk to costumers.
Not expensive and great food, drinks and deserts, this time we tried different Paella but my favorite is Paella Negra, different flavor, is just perfect for me and you should try it.
Very good service, pleasant atmosphere and very good paella.

The lomo salteado was phenomenal! The steak was very tender with great roast pepper flavor. They make the flan in house and you can tell. I highly recommend this establishment.
Parking: I use the city garages.

In general, the food is not good. The paella is flavorless, not cooked with the ingredients altogether. Desert is super small. Overall, just not spanish food flavor at all.

As a Spaniard, this is the closest thing to authentic Spanish tapas in the DMV. Great family-owned restaurant and amazing dishes.

Delicious food, attentive staff and great atmosphere, enough said!
Vegetarian options: Limited options for you folks. Spanish/Latin cuisine is heavy on the animal proteins.
Parking: Conveniently located across the street from the county public parking garage. There are free hours but don't start until late at night.

Food was excellent. All dishes were had were good, especially the chorizo. Desserts were excellent.
Drinks were excellent and very reasonably priced.
Service was excellent. Our main waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and efficient. The other support staff were also excellent.
Atmosphere was nice. Much more peaceful than most Bethesda restaurants, and had a good vibe.
Definitely worth a visit and a re-visit.
