Nice meal. Service was what you would expect. Place was busy on a Saturday evening.Staff was hopping. Our table was next to the kitchen and bar so we got more noise than most. Scallops were very good. Shrimp queso also good.

We went on Valentines Day without a reservation. They were not too busy at the time we went. I understand it's a busy day, and we should have had a reservation. The food was good and the small staff was fitting for the small restaurant. However, the older lady could have been more welcoming. She gave us a time limit, which was more than enough. Our server Jacob apologized profusely for her. That leads me to believe this wasn't the first time she acted that way towards a customer. The food was great. I wouldn't go out of my way for the restaurant as I don't live anywhere near there. If you're nearby, it would be worth a try.

We walked into this unassuming neighborhood restaurant in Bethesda after seeing rather positive reviews, and walked out pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, flavorful, but not overwhelmingly seasoned. We loved most of our dishes especially the seafood saffron soup, sautéed shrimp with garlic, octopus, grilled squid, stuffed Portobello mushrooms. Lovely desserts got the flan con naranja and the chocolate mousse cake. Highly recommended.
