Mahlet was wonderful and super kind with my 5 year old daughter…

With only one person working today, Saturday, in such a busy place, waiting more than 35 minutes to buy an ice cream, they should hire more staff because the quality of service also matters; it's too much for one worker.

I just want to give “praise“ to Maheta(?). She’s just such a warm and kind person, and always seems to have a smile on her face to give. I feel like I’ve seen her before maybe a few years ago and she had the same demeanor. Please keep her on and employed, even move her up if you can. But her demeanor should be one that is looked at for customer service! It’s been a few hours since she served my friend and I, but I can’t get her gracious + positive energy and beautiful smile out of my head. 🥰
Oh yeah, and she made us the most bomb milkshakes! LOL

They no longer make malted milkshakes…. SAD!!

Excellent ice cream. Very creamy texture.
Service was attentive and helpful. I was offered several samples, which made choosing easier.
Went with a custom sundae—three flavors. All were strong picks.

Prices are on the higher side, but fair considering:
• Shopping mall location
• Great customer service
• High product quality

Worth it. Would come back.

Did not use gloves when serving and dropped a banana slice on the counter and picked it up either her bear hands and stuck her finger in the order

Seasonal pumpkin spice shake was really good. Must have been loaded with sugar though as my wife and I experienced quite the sugar crash shortly after.

Got the frappe....not good, tastes like morning coffee left out til afternoon. So disappointing ?

Extremely rude and dismissive service from the middle aged man working there. Does not know how to communicate with customers he has perceptions about based on ethnicity/ background. Ice cream was very good however.

I got 2 milkshakes and 1 sundae. The milkshakes aren’t as good as other milkshakes set at the price of $8-9 dollars each. The sundae is good, but the staff did mixup the flavors for my sundae. The ingredients like the fruit toppings didn’t really taste fresh and I ended up having to pick it out and throw it away. Some of the ice cream was already starting to melt in the container. My experience and enjoyment at this place was okay.

Excellent ice cream, it's sooooo creamy!!!! The service is great too. I was offered a thoughtfully curated selection of samples before settling in on my top three picks of the sundae. The prices aren't low, but for a shopping mall location, excellent customer experience, and the amazing product quality it's a great deal! Yum!!

The workers don’t know how to blend the milkshake.They add extra stuff I didn’t ask for and give a hard time giving a refund.
