Got the frappe....not good, tastes like morning coffee left out til afternoon. So disappointing ?

Extremely rude and dismissive service from the middle aged man working there. Does not know how to communicate with customers he has perceptions about based on ethnicity/ background. Ice cream was very good however.

I got 2 milkshakes and 1 sundae. The milkshakes aren’t as good as other milkshakes set at the price of $8-9 dollars each. The sundae is good, but the staff did mixup the flavors for my sundae. The ingredients like the fruit toppings didn’t really taste fresh and I ended up having to pick it out and throw it away. Some of the ice cream was already starting to melt in the container. My experience and enjoyment at this place was okay.

Excellent ice cream, it's sooooo creamy!!!! The service is great too. I was offered a thoughtfully curated selection of samples before settling in on my top three picks of the sundae. The prices aren't low, but for a shopping mall location, excellent customer experience, and the amazing product quality it's a great deal! Yum!!

The workers don’t know how to blend the milkshake.They add extra stuff I didn’t ask for and give a hard time giving a refund.

Just got a banana split and the man who made it made it all wrong and when I complained he was rude. He made again but made everything wrong. The worst ice cream I've ever had even considering it's Haagen-dazs which is one of my favorites! And horrible service!!! Not worth it at all!!!

Good milkshakes, high prices...

9.17.2022 Update: Two star drop, I asked for the same thing and an older women made it this time and completely messed it up. Used milked only, instead of mixing it with sparkling... Very unsatified, management needs to ensure they train all the staff to memorize the procedures. Coffee Frap was horrible and screwed up.Note to management: Please remember that there are a lot of first tumers who try out Haagen Dazs drinks, if they got one of these, they would never come back or recommend it. Luckily, I had a couple before so I know what it is, but Ill need to ensure the person is actually making it right next time…Older: Nice Coffee Frap is always amazing, no matter what location I go to, it is always good!The service was good as well, it is tough for one person to handle everything, but she worked as quck as she could and did a great job.Will definitely get it again when I stop by again!

Haagen Dazs is so classic and probably my favorite grocery store ice cream. This location is clean, service is average (sometimes great sometimes not so great). The ice cream is delicious most of the time but in my most recent experience, the chocolate had a freezer burn taste.

Choice, quality. A pure delight.
