Absolutely terrible service. I went to place an order with Stefany, and even though I asked politely in Spanish, she told me to “wait” and then ignored me completely while continuing her personal conversation with her coworker. I ended up leaving without ordering. Very unprofessional and disrespectful — I will not be coming back.

I ordered the Acai Primo Bowl and was really disappointed. The base was watery and had a weird flavor — nothing like the fresh, thick acai bowls I was expecting. It felt more like a thin smoothie with toppings, and for the price it was a complete letdown. Definitely not worth it.

Was at the front of the shop to order as 8:40PM on a Thursday. They said they were closed. Online says 9PM closure. Ridiculous

I had the worst smoothie I’ve ever had at this Jamba Juice, I mean, I’ve made worse smoothies at home, but for a restaurant to make what they made was shocking.

i’m a tourist coming from LA and i never thought i would have an experience as such at Jamba. i was confused on what to order and asked the girl working there her opinion on goodness n greens. she was extremely dry, DID NOT GREET ME AT FIRST, and not bother helping me at all and just stood there. disappointed. happened on sunday 06/08 at 6:02pm

I stopped by Jamba Juice on my break from work in the mall and had a really disappointing experience with one of the employees. Around 3:43 PM, I asked if they offer a mall employee discount, and instead of simply answering, the woman helping me gave me attitude. She looked me up and down multiple times and then said, “YOU work in the mall?” in a very rude tone. I told her yes, and she asked where I worked as if she didn’t believe me.

I didn’t catch her name, but she had green at the ends of her hair. I’ve always liked Jamba Juice, but this experience made me feel judged and uncomfortable. I hope the staff can be trained to treat all customers with respect—especially those who are just trying to grab something quick during their short break.

I came at 8:25 pm and they were not selling bowls anymore, just smoothies because they were closing. If they close at 9, they shouldn’t stop selling bowls 30 minutes before.

They never have orange juice! Or so they say! They need to get a bigger supply of oranges and an extra juicer! Or stop lying about not having any!

This place is close to me so we go. But every single time they are out of oranges or carrots or both. This time they were out of even cups! The carrot juicer broke and it was painful to see how unhygienically they were cleaning it. And then without washing hands they were trying to juice again. The guy was nice to refund us. But this is the absolute last time I visited

I went to this Jamba Juice at 1:30 in the afternoon and nobody was at the counter. I call to the back and the girl working there poked her head out and rudely said she wasn’t taking orders right now. How do you not take orders during lunch hours??
