Jetties in Bethesda where on street parking is available. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The sandwich I ordered was on pumpernickel bread which I love but the edges were stale. The sandwich looked meaty but once you took that first bite it quickly lets you know it’s not. The tomatoes were over ripe. A waste of a $25 gift card

Nice place, food was average.
Nice selection of options, and they all sounded delicious, but it was just kinda 🤷‍♀️

When did they stop using fresh roast turkey?

I’ve been going to jetties for at least 10 years. It’s always been a little on the expensive side, but the quality was worth it. One of the few places where you could get real roast turkey in a sandwich rather than just basic deli meat. It was always a huge draw for me because there aren’t that many places that do that….Well they must have switched because it’s just like everywhere else now. Check out the old photos to see what it used to look like.

Of course the cost is still the same and it’s still a $16 sandwich for the same thing you can get at the grocery store. Not worth it anymore

Great sandwiches for a quick and simple meal. Why go to a place like Subway when you can go to Jetties?

The food was really bad, so bad that I almost threw up. They didn't give me a replacement, discount, or replace the food.

The reviews recently had me worried, but since I remember this place fondly back from when it first opened in Bethesda, I gave it a try upon my return.

The sandwiches are expensive, but high quality. Yes the staff mostly ignore you unless you indicate that you want their attention, b/c there are kiosks for you to order at. They do seem to be quick to make the order, and show attention to cleanliness.

The amount of food for the price seems entirely standard - the attached pictures are of a whole Surfside but this is only half of the Broad Street (after I ate the other half:-).

Parking: standard for Bethesda - this is meant for walkability not parking

Wheelchair accessibility: there is a gentle ramp incline at the door and everything else is level

The flavor and quality of ingredients seems good. The bread was soft and the au jus on the Monomoy I ordered was great. The problem is that the value isn’t there. It’s served in a sub roll with hardly any meat. Seriously, I removed a quarter of the side of the roll because it wasn’t needed. I normally will eat half a sub, but I ate nearly the whole thing bc the quantity of meat was so small. For a almost $15 sandwhich I was expecting more.
