This place is always dirty. Workers don’t clean after guests leave and the tuna sandwiches rarely have enough tuna in. It’s the base ingredient. I don’t get it. So frustrating! Try the Rockville location - much cleaner, better food and service!

Ordered oat milk and got milk milk… I haven’t had milk in ages so of course I had a reaction! Service was sweet but please pay attention to tickets!! Im lucky my lactose intolerance isn’t extremely severe.

Great Vibes & Even Better Juice!
My wife and I had an awesome visit to Joe & The Juice in Bethesda. We tried a little bit of everything and loved it all—the lavender latte was smooth and relaxing, the Feeling Good juice lived up to its name, and the Herb Tonic gave us the perfect mid-day boost.
We also shared an açaí bowl that was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The place has a great vibe—modern, clean, and upbeat with friendly staff and fast service. Whether you’re grabbing a quick health kick or looking for a chill place to hang out, this spot hits the mark.

There are always long periods of waiting, and the hot matcha latte is often warm instead of hot. Last Saturday, they suggested downloading their app for free sandwiches. The gift sandwich appeared in my friend’s app but did not appear in mine. They gave my friend a sandwich but refused to give me one, even though I showed them the receipt with the deal. I’ve been their customer for several years, but after this unfair treatment, I will not go there anymore.
