The coffee was very nice. Very much attention to detail.

I ordered an açaí bowl listed at $12.50, but my receipt showed $13.60. I had asked for a blueberry substitution, which cost an additional $1, and they gave me only eight blueberries. When I requested a price adjustment and more blueberries, the server declined, explaining they were instructed to add only eight. It feels absurd--not only was there an uncorrected price discrepancy, but the "extra" was barely anything for the charge. And yes, I still tipped!
*Update- I discovered that deceptive pricing is illegal and protected under the Montgomery County Consumer Protection laws. I filed a complaint against the company, as I believe this has likely affected multiple customers. Additionally, the company doesn’t provide any contact information for their so-called ‘customer support team,’ making it difficult for consumers to address issues directly.

Latte didn't have enough espresso in it. Tastes like coffee flavored milk
As a half-Dane, I'd long heard of Joe & The Juice (from 'Riders of Justice,' especially) and, far from home and needing caffeine, decided to check this one out. Verdict, with tongue slightly in cheek: I am not hip, wealthy, or self-satisfied enough to be a regular patron. Also, I want whole milk in my cortado, which wasn't even an option. (No, they weren't OUT of whole milk, they simply "don't have" it. What bona fide coffee joint doesn't offer whole milk? Not "healthy" enough, Kaspar?) Maybe their stuff is good overall - I only had a cortado - but I found the place pretentious (granted, that assessment may be due to the environs of this particular location, which had already infused me with Fear & Loathing by the time I nabbed a parking space).
Love, love, love the tuna sandwich and their blueberry matcha drink! I usually order delivery, and it always arrives quickly. When I dine in, I’ve noticed they’re sometimes a bit understaffed, but aside from that, everything is fantastic.

Stumbled across this place after picking up food nearby and was pleasantly impressed with the decor. I was excited to try it out, but was disappointed pretty quickly. The service was slow and not friendly, and the food also wasn’t great. I got the iced matcha latte which tasted like way too much matcha powder with cold milk poured on top of it.

Used to ok with turn around times on drinks. Lately not so good. Took 30 min to get a single drink order. Associate said they were under staffed. Other times orders messed up. Hope the powers at be notice and make changes.
Dre was the best!
Me and my fiancé needed a pick me up before the long drive back to Arkansas and he took excellent care of us. The food was delicious and made to order. The drinks were colorful and exactly what we needed.
If you’re in the area you won’t be disappointed!!

Bad food and bad service sums it up pretty much ? We wanted to order the breakfast special at the counter and the attendant said "specials can't be ordered at the counter and must be ordered thru the App or website"!!! This is business failure 101 i.e. asking the customer to open an account on the App to order instead of taking the order from the customer who is standing right in front of you!!! Took us 10 minutes to open an account on their website, but the site was glitchy and wouldn't complete the order... Finally ordered something else that didn't require the App or website, but it too long time to arrive and tasted awful. Don't waste your time or money here.

i love joe and the juice so much. it's right near my school and i come here all the time to study, the atmosphere is perfect. their sandwiches are SO YUM and im addicted to their matcha. i've gone so much im literally at the final level of their membership tiers and i wouldn't have it any other way. the best way to describe joe and the juice is a much cuter starbucks, i love it so much. ?
Dietary restrictions: they have ways to take items off of the food they give you
Kid-friendliness: the workers are just so sweet to little kids
Wheelchair accessibility: there are no stairs at all that would impact accessibility

I don't know who hired these people but they are not friendly whatsoever or even had a smile on their face when I walked in. This was my first time here and I was super disappointed in everything to say the least. The "smoothie" I got was not even a smoothie, it was very run down and watery. Absolute garbage. I asked for avocado on the turkey sandwich and didn't get that. The sandwich did not look appealing or fresh at all. Who ever manages this place needs to do a better job.

This place is not welcoming, which is the opposite of what I would expect a coffee shop/juice bar to be. The matcha is good compared to most cafes. Ultimately the vibes of the place put a bitter taste in my mouth. Also I hear that they don't let people use the restrooms before buying something. Weird.

I've been coming to Joe & The Juice regularly on Saturday's to get a latte, sandwich, and read my book before work; the couches are comfortable and the atmosphere is nice. Steph's one of the employee there, she always greets me happily and already knows my order. She makes awesome latte art and wonderful sandwiches, I always joke and say the spicy tuna isn't spicy enough; she took it as a challenge. I guess you can say she pays attention to her customers. Overall, always awesome service and a nice place to be!

I have never seen such awful customer service in my entire life. Let’s start off with the floor. I get that it’s raining outside, but the entire floor was covered in muddy and wet footprints, and no carpet to dry off your feet. I guess I’m glad they don’t charge for the slip in slide. My friends and were putting our stuff down, getting ready to order some food and drinks, and sit down to do some work. Within a minute of putting our stuff down, one of the employees (I’m assuming the manager) asked us if we were planning on ordering something with a very condensing tone. I get it, they don’t want people taking up space if they we’re not customers. We told him we were and he stepped away. My friend went to look at the menu. But the menu board with the food was not working so she came back to pull up the menu on her phone. There was also a group of people in line waiting to be served for several minutes, so we thought we would look at the menu through our phones rather than asking about items at the register. As we were reviewing the online menu, the same employee approached us and threatened to kick us out if we had not ordered in the next few minutes. Is this normal practice now a days? I worked at a coffee shop for 2 years and not once would I have ever acted that way. Who ever owns this place, truly needs to change some things around. Save your money and avoid this place.
