I came here and brung my mother for her to experience joe and the juice for the first time and I had horrible customer service on top of our vanilla ice lattes being completely disgusting I went to a joe and the juice in DC and I was serviced there and had a pleasant experience so I thought coming here would be the same not only was the ice latte disgusting me and my mother both looked at each other with complete disbelief and I originally asked for extra vanilla and was charged however it had no TASTE OF VANILLA so I told the server and she was going to help me then the manager without knowing told me I would have to pay extra when I already paid extra. I specifically told the server the first time extra vanilla and to make it sweet she pointed to the sugar and said the sugar is over there at the dc location they just added extra vanilla syrup and just charged me for it the manager was dismissive when I told him I already paid and him and the server were making fun of me and my mother which i could have gotten extremely disrespectful but today is Sunday my mother’s birthday and the resurrection of Jesus Christ thankfully I asked myself what he do and came to the conclusion of taking the high road but not everyone will do that. Do not come to this location

Probably one of the rudest places I've been to ever. I always say it's pretty bad when the customers customer service and kindness surpasses the people getting paid to do so. I ordered my order with a smile and a kind attitude as I do anywhere else, the guy taking my order acted as if I didn't even exist then just waved his hand to where I pay and walked away. I brushed it off and still tipped 20%. Then I see them laughing and making fun of customers which is just gross especially out in front for everyone to see. So my order comes up and I still walk up smile and say thank you to the girl who is right in front of my face, is completely ignoring me so I say thank you again and she still ignores me and walks off. They literally act as if you don't even exist. On top of that I walk outside and come to find out the lid isn't even remotely on my coffee and it drops and spills everywhere. Horrible experience overall.

Love the tunacado but the attitude of the workers kills the atmosphere. They were rude and on top of that they messed up my order. At least get my order right if you’re going to have an attitude. A little kindness wouldn’t hurt anyone :)

This place is good when they prepare food with fresh ingredients. Today they served me a sandwich with rotten avocados. Gross.
For my first time here, the server recommend "The Superman" which was okay. But It has absolutely no sugar/sweetener in It . So if you like healthy fresh drinks, this is the spot for you. I found myself adding sugar and It still didn't do the job. In my opinion, the place is a little over priced. But I guess health is wealth. The drink I got was $9 - now mind you that was the smallest size. On the other hand, the ambiance is very cute and peaceful. It is a great spot to bring your laptop and get some work done.The healthiness is still dancing on my palette... I'll be back with another review after I try there açaí bowl.

The store is clean and organized when first walking in. The atmosphere is great with some people talking and other people doing their own thing. The staff is kind and caring when taking and handing your order. I recommend the spicy tuna!Dietary restrictions: There are food allergy signs on the table that let you know what’s in their products.Parking: On a busier day there is not much close parking, but you can park nearby for less than a 5 minute walk.Kid-friendliness: There are relaxing couches for kids and adults to sit on. There are tables that allow for a work friendly environment.
Always friendly staff here and even though most seem to go for the juices, the coffee is also very yummy.

This is a review less for food but more for an encounter I had with a staff member - I was going into joe and the juice to grab a coffee & juice - I was coming in from the car and had to pee SO BAD. (You know when you're driving and need to get in etc) I was walking to the bathroom where a girl behind the counter (Stephanie) stopped me and said bathrooms were for customers only and if I was going to purchase something - I said yes but I don't know what I wanted yet and I needed to pee really bad first. She goes on further to say I have to order something. I respond with my husband is coming in behind me, we are going to order together, I'm going to pee first. I walk towards the bathroom and she verbally stops me again saying I have to purchase something, it's their policy. I respond with fine - I'm going to go to Starbucks. The shop was empty and it was such a rude exchange - I was going to order something, it's why I chose to go in there in the first place, along with my husband who was parking the car. People can choose to be kind or rude, and she went out of her way to choose to have a rude exchange. I love joes coffee, their menu and juices. Maybe talking to staff about how you treat customers would go a long way. Thanks.

I come to this shop for an espresso drink every few weeks and I can't recommend it. The employees are polite, but in a very basic and un-engaging way. I've tried customizing drinks or asking questions like how a particular drink on the menu is made... every time it seems more difficult to get a clear answer. Their machine only makes double shots, so asking for an extra shot leads to a poorly articulated explanation and unnecessary confusion. On top of all that, the coffee is just average. I only come here out of convenience because it's beside an amazing grocery store.
