If they had better service, I'd have rated them higher. I have been going here for over 11 years now. Sometimes when I walk in there is no one up front. Other times they are sitting down over by the prep table. They may help people at times without asking or knowing who's next. The food is relatively cheap for Bethesda and good. I like the smoothies too.

Love love love Kudo Bean!!! They use real roasted turkey for their sandwiches. And yummy sushi selection if you get there early enough. Plus no annoying BCC high teenagers unlike the starbucks across the street.
