Very unappealing. More like a gas station convenience store than a coffee shop. Smelled bad. I left

Great little spot for breakfast or lunch. The Cajun wrap and chicken quesadillas are worth every penny.

It strained me to give 3 stars as I come here often for my Ginger Beer, Deep River Sweet Maui Onion Kettle Chips & friendly service. Today, there was no friendly service, no Ginger Beer & I got charged almost $7 for a small side salad. It was too late to change my mind nor would it have been kind since the preparer of my salad was 1/2 way done...yet, I made a comment or two. For my 8 bites of shredded lettuce, I could have spent the $7 on a Veggie Wrap. I'll get it over sooner or later as the cafe is in the lobby of my building & is pretty convenient for those hindering weather days. Until then, I'll buy my own Ginger Beer & Chips.

If they had better service, I'd have rated them higher. I have been going here for over 11 years now. Sometimes when I walk in there is no one up front. Other times they are sitting down over by the prep table. They may help people at times without asking or knowing who's next. The food is relatively cheap for Bethesda and good. I like the smoothies too.

Good overall snack amd beverage selection. Great sandwiches. Smoothies are good too.

Working here, I think this place is a hit or miss. The crossaint is very good!!! Costco level amazing. However, the wrap I ordered had WAY too much sundried tomatoes. Also, I was thoroughly disappointed when my coworker and I bough oreos and chip ahoy cookies respectively, days apart, and they tasted weird. We later realized, they were expired. Although that's a honest mistake, that is the reason it did not receive a 4 star in my opinion.

Great lunch place. Got the chicken quesadilla. A little expensive but it's expected in Bethesda.

I frequent this place as a lunch spot. The owner has gone out of his way to make sure that I am happy with food received and goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Not only is the customer service superb but the sandwiches are tasty. They also receive fresh sushi every day which is actually good and a nice change every now and again.
