I have always loved Ledo Pizza but this location has a lot of work to do regarding service and cleanliness. There needs to be some training with the servers regarding what excellent service should look like. The staff needs to clean as they go. There are pizza boxes stacked up in the dining room receipt paper on the floor, dirty tables that were not cleaned for an hour. I don’t like to eat in a restaurant that is surrounded by dirty tables. The soda machine had plate with food on it after they bused a table. If I had looked behind the counter before I sat down to eat, I would have turned around and went to another restaurant. It was appalling. Hopefully someone will care enough to make sure that it is a pleasant experience all around for their guest.

Sunday evening fairly decent amount of diners. But service was very slow. If you're sitting outside..please have a lot of patience for a chance to get a glimpse of your waiter. Food was well done, hot when served. Kid friendly. Has ample parking options being adjacent to Westfield Montgomery Mall.

Best and consistent ledos in the area. Recently others closer to home, seemed to have fallen in quality. ie dry pizza, but this location is always on point. Staff is also super friendly.

The food was good but the restaurant was cold inside wear a coat.
Pizza quality here is mediocre compared to other Ledo locations. I was here last week and the crest was way too puffy and they got my order wrong too.

My worst experience in 30 years at this location. Thursday 10/10/2024, Table service ticket # 0183, table # 35 at 7 pm - medium cheese dough underbaked - table next to me, party of 8, Millenial parents let two kids run around the dining room
