I wanted to post an update since my last review. I’m so impressed at the professionalism and follow up I received from the manager after my feedback. Ms. Robertson was thoughtful. Kind and helpful in discussing what happened and she also rectified the situation by providing gift certificates so we can have another opportunity to go back to the restaurant. Thank you for taking care of your customers. We are very pleased with this outcome.

We love Ledos pizza. We had a large party with many small children, and they were very accommodating. The atmosphere is very quaint and allows for large parties. The server was attentive, and as always, the food was delicious. No complaints about this place would definitely come again.

Affordable and comfortable restaurant! The Caesar side salad was delicious and surprisingly big and the croutons were different types of bread. The pepperoni pizza was also great! With cheese and chilli flakes on the table. The service was super friendly too.
Ordered a med cheese pizza which only takes 10 min to cook yet took over 40 min to arrive because the staff was busy catering to all the online orders that were coming in, being packed and getting cold waiting to be picked up instead of on the one table with hot food ordered. We were one or two tables in the entire restaurant by that time and I am so disappointed how the service industry has gone downhill in a family restaurant that I grew up in. Since when did we start to care more about online orders than face to face service?
