The first time I went to Levain Bakery ... I was in the Georgetown location, and I was concerned that this spot wouldn't be as good because you know, how could it be?

I have only ever ordered online from Levain Bakery (some of the best cookies in the world... but you have to pay hehehe), so when I saw there was one 0.3 miles from my hotel, I was determined to walk there. At the time, there was a 20% off sale for Memorial Day and free shipping for the 8 or 12 pack online. However, you can't get the same deal in the store. I ended up paying a little bit more buying in the store, and I had to carry the heavy cookies all the way back to Houston....

If you like cookies or any baked item, Levain Bakery is the place to go. Its a bit pricey but worth every penny as the treats are delicious and the cookies...oh the cookies, are thick and full of buttery flavor.
I purchased a blueberry muffin and a oatmeal raisin cookie, and couldn't stop eating the cookie; it was so yummy
