Terrible costumer service lady at the desk said they had a 2 hour wait and about 5 open lanes.🤔

Me and husband visited this bowling alley this past weekend and they have MICE!!! 🐁 running through the lanes and under the sofas. We had to get up and leave and request a refund. Extremely disappointed and disgusted 🤢 mind you they charge outrageous prices to bowl with mice and cramped seating

Tip: Get a Groupon! But staff helpful and great fun

First time bowling in over 20 years and was pleasantly surprised at the amenities now offered while bowling and look forward to bowling again

Seating is not private. Two sofas with a coffee table in the middle. I had strangers sitting at a sofa across from my sofa. Eating and sharing a coffee table with strangers is insane. It was pretty awkward. I recommend asking for two lanes if you want privacy for your party. Anything over 2people is odd so you need to reserve two lanes.

The place was clean and family friendly. All the equipment is still new and well maintained!!!

Khalil was the best bartender, we just popped in to have a drink and we are glad we did. Thanks for helping is kill a little time

We decided to go to this place for the company Christmas party, $1100 has been spent, disappointing decision. We will never go back, my team ordered Stella beer and they didn't have it, then we ordered Corona and they give us 3 rounds of beer, after that they refuse to give us more because we have 4 full beer on the table, we were 11 people, we paid for 11 persons alcohol services and 3 of our team did not drink alcohol anyway they said they did not have more corona, we noticed that you manager did this in purpose. I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years and I think your manager should be fired immediately, she gave us an upset look from the moment we walked in until we left. This location is good but their employees are awful because of the manager, no one will come back like this. Horrible experience, I don't want any compensation and I want only that upper manager team see it and contact me. Disappointing experience.

The Oreo milkshake was the best milkshake I have ever had. Took longer than expected but the wait is so worth it
