"I had a terrible experience at lucky Strike. I was initially excited to book a reservation for 6 people, for my daughter’s birthday, but I wasn't sure about the quantity, I decided not to complete the booking just yet. Finally I reserved for 3 people. The price for 6 people is the same as the price for 3 according to the online reservation. However, when we arrived with 5 people, we were charged an extra $25 for the 2 shoe rentals, despite the flat rate advertised. The staff were not very nice and even got called out on being late for the reservation when I was on time. Not coming back for sure

It is really cramped compared to the other Lucky Strikes I visited. Glasses were dirty. Arcade had less than 10 games. They played old music which wasn't a problem. My daughter had the oreo shake which she didn't like. The people were friendly . We didn't order any food. As far as price is concern we paid. $185 for 2.5 hours it included shoe rental

SuHad an amazing time at Lucky Strike Bethesda! From the moment we walked in, the fun and vibrant atmosphere welcomed us. It's not just about bowling; it's the experience that sets it apart. The lanes were clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both beginners and seasoned players. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always with a smile. Their positive attitude contributed greatly to the overall atmosphere, making our visit even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a fun family outing or a night out with friends, Lucky Strike Bethesda delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Wow. This place is bad. Where to start.Bowling was $68 for three people for one hour. Then lane broke after about 10 minutes of bowling and they refunded us.Now, in terms of food and drink... happy hour menus are left on the tables for you to pick from ($7 well drinks, $5 appetizers until 8 pm) so we specifically order two WELL drinks and the appetizers (literally gesturing to it on the happy hour placard). When we get the bill, drinks were $11, the $5 chicken tenders turned into $14, $5 cheese sticks (don't get these, they are terrible) rang up for $9. Drinks are watered down, even though they apparently put "premium" spirits in them despite us specifying well. After some back and forth the prices were corrected, but countless people probably pay without questioning it. When I brought the happy hour placard to the desk to explain pricing was wrong, they asked me "where did you find this", as if it was supposed to be hidden away somewhere. I did confirm before even booking a lane that happy hour was current, so that makes it even more weird. My advice: keep an eye on the bill. I have a feeling servers are trying to finesse people in this establishment.

The service was below bare minimum. I came with peers, and I planned on inviting my Best Buy employees, but I won’t be coming back. The lack of care and attention to detail hindered our experience. From the host’s unwelcoming greeting to a clearly off-the-clock employee aggressively asking us questions in a belittling manner (despite it being our first time here). It shows the faults in management: I hope this is constructive criticism. How are you (management) training them and how often do you verify if your lessons are being executed. In addition, when we arrived, we were the only other party in the lanes which makes the service we received even more inexcusable. Nonetheless, this could’ve been an amazing experience, the server was kind and the game was fun but the attention to detail even when it’s slow was crucial.

We did our second annual party at Lucky Strikes. Setting up the party I had a lot more problems than last year--corporate not as helpful --initially. Once I got the right person (their phone system was messy). I was able to book party without too much hassle. It is not cheap but for what we wanted it was a blast. We had 4 lanes of bowling for our extended family and food and drink. The food and drink was above average and what you would expect from a bowling alley. They did a good job this year (vs. last year) of getting the bowling going quickly and the food and drink coming in a timely manner. Shenika C. the assistant manager and Chris kept checking on us and did a good job of keeping things going (last year a bit slower and understaffed for our group). It is a super fun event for our family-- Thank you!

$70 for an hour of bowling, absolutely ridiculous. And the lane stopped working after 15 minutes. The drinks are super watered down. They don't advertise that the pool tables in the dining area cost money to play on until after you've played. It's $20. Prices for bowling are not even listed online. Its a scam, I would go someone else. The only plus is the pretty lights and aesthetic.

This is long overdue! My girlfriend of five years and I went out on a date after about a year and a half of running a business and working other jobs back on August 29th. This is our first date since our three year anniversary and the manager Jeremy (I think that was his name) was so accommodating. We were running late, we were lost, and he helped us along the way. AND he still allowed us our two hours of bowling that close to closing time.Kim, our server, was very kind as well. Personable when she spoke but she did seem a bit shy, or tired like I said we came late so I would understand, especially after having (from what it looked like) an 18 year older's birthday celebration next to us.Everything was so great the atmosphere, the food, the music. The only thing they should work on is the alcohol, but that's just us and our preferences. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to others!

they double charged my card and telling my I have to contact my bank to release a pending charge/hold by them. Which is preposterous because they placed the hold but cant find a receipt or the transaction and now I have $8.72 stuck in space for a stale overpriced beer.

The bowling was the fun and the staff was really nice and informative. Unfortunately the food wasn't good, we tried both the quesadilla and the tacos and it just didn't taste good. We even asked the people playing next to us if they liked their food and they said no. Go for the bowling but eat somewhere else.
