I used the drive through. They precooked my quarter pounder. I thought it came out too fast. It was barely warm and dry. Corporate quality assurance should consist this place.

I'm not sure if this is a common practice, but when we stopped at this McDonald's to change clothes and grab some food, I encountered a troubling situation. While my fiancé was in the ladies' room, a male employee entered to service it. I understand the need for maintenance, but there should have been a sign indicating that a male employee was inside or that the restroom was closed for service. I spoke with the manager about this, and while they addressed the issue with the employee, he returned shortly after without checking if anyone was inside—no knocking or warning. I found this situation quite disappointing and unsettling.

Ordered ahead of time. Drive through only available at the time. Then I arrive, the drive through is packed, flowing out into the road at 11:30pm. There’s no point in ordering ahead of time if you want faster service, because often there are too many cars in line.

According to their info in google they are open from 4 am. I drove all the way there at 4:40. All the signs and lights were on and there were people inside. I waited in drive-through for several minutes went to the window waited there. No one answered so I knocked on the window and a lady very rudely came and yelled “It’s closed”. Very rude….

I did my order in the app and I asked to bring to my car , the employee never came … I have to go inside with my kid to pick up my food, I’ll never go to this place again 🤬🤬🤬
