Our waiter was attentive and thoughtful, and happily boxed up all of our leftovers from Restaurant Week orders, including the extra salad dressing! The pace was perfect. The steak was fabulous. Take advantage of this week.

Our waiter Kamal was excellent, professional, attentive, good timing/pacing. Noise level allowed for easy conversation. Interior decor is neutral, calm, and sophisticated. Appreciated the full size portions served as part of their Restaurant Week menu. Because of restaurant week promotion I can give 5 stars for value.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at Morton's Steakhouse in Bethesda. Staff members and servers were very polite, and the food was delivered in a nicely paced manner. We ordered off of the Restaurant Week menu and were not disappointed. Will definitely go back again.

We went for the Waygu special. It wasn't as tender as I expected. I didn't complain but was truthful when asked. Daniel Festa, the GM, comped us a different cut to take home and try. We had great conversation with him. He didn't have to do that nor did we ask. Great customer service all around. He was right it was a more tender and flavorful cut. It was the Bavette, cooked rare.

Fortunately, my family was one of the first to arrive so there were very few people dining. We were able to enjoy the relaxed feel -– like a comfortable dining room. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The very tender Chicken Christopher and creamy mashed potatoes were amazing. My party enjoyed the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, New York strip steak and Heritage pork chops as well. The delicious key lime pie was delivered with a birthday candle for my brother! The service was well-timed and friendly, To put the icing on the cake, we were given a framed group photo. Thanks.!

Morton's continues to be one of the best meals in the DC area! Service, food, wine, assistance, everything is top-notch!

As always Jonathan and Amit provide top notch service. Theresa and Danny (manager and general manager) always make sure you're enjoying yourself. The food is great and the new menu options provide more variety.

We visited on a not-too-busy Friday night and ordered the Grand Seafood Tower to share, plus a Tomahawk Ribeye. The seafood tower was tasty and generous, and the ribeye was flavorful and tender. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the food. After we were seated, it took a while for a good 10 minutes for a server to attend to us. When the seafood arrived, we were only given bread plates at that point, no extra plates for the seafood, no shells containers for the oysters or lobster, a busser finally brought two plates when we flagged her down but still no shell containers. The dining room wasn't crowded, so these lapses felt avoidable. At checkout, I was charged twice for a martini ($37). When I raised it with the server, he said there was a problem with the first order and that he needed to reorder, but he hadn't reviewed the bill before presenting it to us. The check had only five items, so the error was obvious. Why would any drink cost $37! We mentioned it was our anniversary; initially when he took our order, he offered to take and print a photo for us to take home, but nothing ever came of it. No acknowledgment of our happy celebration. The manager was likewise visible only in passing and did not stop by to check on us. Overall, the food was solid, but the service was disappointing for a well-established restaurant.

Had an Awesome Anniversary Dinner. Danny Festa was a gracious and friendly host and made the evening feel like home!! Will definitely be revisiting.

The service was very slow and the wait staff appeared uninterested in serving us and did not know about the specials. There was a long wait for the bread to appear and the request for ice was ignored. It took about 10 minutes for the side dishes to be served after the meat came out. It was very noisy.

Great streaks, excellent service. As expected, not a great value. You get what you pay for, but Morton's pushes the boundaries

Steak was overcooked, staff with no tables stood by ours having loud personal conversations. There were only three tables with guests and they stood by ours! WTF? Our server had to tell them to move

My wife and I enjoyed a very good Anniversary dinner at Morton's. Steakhouse. The steaks were delicious and the service was top notch.

The waiter we had was not good at all. He didn't take drink orders, never came to fill our water glasses, ask us if we wanted dessert, and the dinner came at the same time he delivered the bread and our drinks - once I told him I wanted a glass of wine. The string beans were horrible, and my daughter $66 steak was very overcooked. He didn't clear the table once, after we had eaten. He was forgetful and messed up the amount of our order on the check and the points my husband was to get. My husband and I eat there frequently, and he gets points, and this was the worst Morton's he said he's ever dined at. You should train your staff waiters better. We won't want to come back to this location, as it's way too expensive to eat out and not get good food and service.

Probably the worst service we've ever had at a fine dining steakhouse. Unusually slow service (only 3 tables in the dining room when we dined), waiter took the bread away without asking, took my customers steak away before he was done / didn't ask, did the same with my cocktail. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert menu / after dinner drinks, we had to ask another employee to get our check, overall very underwhelming for what you pay for at Morton's. Not the usual experience. Do not recommend the ahi tuna app, or the Brussel Sprouts side — was more of a collared greens taste.
