Went for a birthday and it was a good experience. Didn't know they don't do pictures anymore for special occasions but overall service & food was great & dessert was on the house.

My waiter understood that I wanted a very light dinner and suggested two appetizers which were wonderful.

We always eat at the Morton's Steakhouse in the Hyatt Bethesda Hotel on the first night that we arrive in Maryland to visit our family. The food and service are great and we love it!

We were there to celebrate my birthday, and the staff were all aware of the reason for the celebration and they couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. The food was excellent, and the waiter made suggestions that enhanced our dinners. Overall, an excellent experience.

Food and service were excellent. Only minor downside is the bread. Just wasn't artisan enough to match the quality of the rest of the food.

Went for dinner - server did not offer pepper with salad, bread for the table etc. Nothing special. Not the Morton's I used to know.

Food was excellent. Morton's never disappoints on quality. All was wonderful as we celebrated our belated anniversary

We were celebrating a birthday and we had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious. I have to say the oysters on the half shell were better than even some of the best seafood restaurants in the area! All of our steaks were cooked beautifully and the side dishes were all excellent! Thank you for a wonderful evening Morton's!!!

I will preface this review with the fact that I really like Morton's and so does my partner, however this location will be a hard pass in the future. We went here to celebrate my partner's belated birthday. Our waiter was amazing, very personable and accommodating, however the meal was horrific. Both me and my partner ordered the Cajun ribeye, Szechuan green beans and au gratin. I ordered my steak medium and my partner medium well. My steak was very rare and my partner's was medium. He decided to eat his steak. The green beans were severely overcooked, although the flavor was really good, and the potatoes were undercooked. I requested a new steak which came out extremely well done, chewy well done. After some coaxing from my table mates I requested another steak and this one was again rare. I decided not to say anything and just took the steak home to put in the oven the next day. It's such a shame that you pay so much money for a good experience and nowadays you are just continuously disappointed. This is supposed to be a steakhouse and I ordered the bare minimum of how a steak should be cooked and I was disappointed all three times. Needless to say we will not patron this establishment again. I left hungry and lacking enjoyment.

We were celebrating a special anniversary, and Morton's made the evening quite enjoyable and memorable. The general manager Dave spent special time with us. Our server Lorenya was perfect in every way. On a scale of one to ten, she was an absolute twenty. The meal was delicious, a delight for the palate.

Not expecting one of my most enjoyable nights out, I arrived at Mortons and sat at the bar. Had a few delicious drinks and a very satisfying meal, a great experience enhanced by the masterful Shalom behind the bar. If you have the time, this is a must visit of Bethesda.

Extremely basic dinner. I believe fine dining is overrated. My piece of salmon was tiny. The lobster mac and cheese was good but nothing mind blowing. Wasn’t terrible wasn’t good either. Definitely not worth the money

Great Bar - Great Bartenders. As usual when we have our date night eating dinner at the bar at the Morton's in Bethesda, we had a great time. Our bartenders, Rebecca, Amit and John are attentive and have great personalities - and they reminded us that we have been enjoying the bar scene at the Bethesda Morton's for over 10 years. Nice set up if you like to watch sports while eating dinner at a bar - 3 large nicely positioned TV's. Watched Olympics opening ceremonies last night.

We had a reservation for our anniversary. When we walked in there was no hostess to greet us. We had to wait at least fifteen minutes, very weird. It took forever for our drinks to come out. By the way, most of the staff just stood around talking about guests, which I overheard. Again very strange. They didn't acknowledge our anniversary like most restaurants do. Like Capital grille, Phillip Chow, etc... over all my husband and I did not like our dining experience there. Our server was great Mr.Lee he really tried to rectify the situation so thank you to him!!

This was not a good dinning experience. We sat for 15-20 mins without a server. Once we put a drink order in it was another 15 mins, and all the while with no menus. We finally got menus after the drinks were delivered and we asked again if we could have them to order. The restaurant was not busy and others who were sat after us were eating before we event put in an order. When we finally received our dinner it was over cooked. The menus, wine list, etc., extra glassware were never collected from our table and remained there the entire dinner (we eventually just put them at the edge of our table). I note that there were servers, server assists, and others at or around the table, and no one seemed recognize the disaray of the service (e.g., separate FOH members delivering dinner but not noticing the extra glassware, menus, missing silverware). Our server was pleasant and engaging, but the overall dining experience was on par with a lower end chain restaurant. This was a complete FOH disappointment. And the food was equally disappointing. Overcooked steak (ordered MR received M to MW), overcooked green beans, etc. We didn't finish our meal, cashed out, and left. The sad issue is we live locally are not offended by the price point, so we could have been regulars. But we were offended by what we received for that price point. There's a lot of great dining options in the DC metro area. This was not one of them and we will not come back. Ultimately, very unfortunate.
