Left my wallet in the store this morning, called to see if they had it, apparently none of the Nespresso stores have in-store phones, IE no way to contact them directly. This is absolutely terrible business practice.

Amazing service! Greeted as soon as I walked in and was offered to try one of their coffees.

Went 2 weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. I normally purchase online but stopped past since I was in the area. I was greeted immediately by Yanni behind the register. He was extremely nice and welcoming. Sebastian was also welcoming and provided great conversation while he brewed me a sample of the Voltesso.

Mean people explaining the product! Get some good employee who can be nice who explains all the product well!

Overall, I always get good service. Today was different, the service Yanni gave was above and beyond. My nephew was crying and upset and he made a heart with a smiley face in the middle. My nephew made sure I kept it with me while mall shopping. Yanni is beyond a great example of how to be just a human being and caring.

If you have a Nespresso machine, either the original or the Virtuo model, this place is for you. They have a select set of flavors you can sample in the store. There's almost never a wait when I go there. And they have all the flavors available. You can also buy machines and other accessories. It links up with your rewards account in store as well as online

I've been drinking nespresso virtuo coffees, I like it, usually buy online, but this time store was on my way home, bought 8 sleeves, supposed get one free sleeves, but the lady on the left counter said no deal is going on. my friend went to the store in Tysons corner and got 1 free sleeves after buying 8, same day.

We were attended to by Aby and Leslie, both of whom were incredibly kind and helpful. Our family knows very little about coffee, but Aby was very patient with all of our questions. Overall a lovely experience.

Staff was very helpful when my mother and I stopped by. They were able to brew a decaf coffee for her. Store associate was able to honor the online promotion. Great customer service!

I reluctantly love this place. The prices are expensive. Well not Starbucks expensive, but pricey for home coffee. And then I make a cup on my Nespresso machine. Holy cow, it's so good. Decadent and awesome. So yes, I swallow my bill and enjoy the best cup of coffee, every time, at home.

The man who attended me 7 days ago was so nice and immediately attended me and my partner, and offer me different flavor coffee. I ended up with the hazelnut flavor coffee, I didn’t buy anything unfortunately but I would recommend my friends to come here. And will come back to buy my own coffee machine for any of my future coffee
