During a recent Christmas shopping spree, I decided to take a break and treat myself to a Maple Brown Sugar Latte at Nordstrom Espresso Bar. The ordering process was quick, and I received my latte promptly. However, the layout of the Espresso Bar could use some improvement. It was confusing to distinguish where to stand, both when waiting in line to order and when waiting for an order. A more organized system could enhance the overall customer experience. My excitement to try the Maple Brown Sugar Latte was unfortunately met with disappointment. The latte, while sweet and flavorful, lacked a discernible coffee taste. Instead, it resembled overly sweetened milk, leaving me missing the distinct coffee notes that make a latte enjoyable. If you're a coffee enthusiast, this flavor might not be the best choice.

I started loving this coffee better until the lady at the cashier showed me bad attitude , when I politely asked her my espresso she raised her tones “ you can go” I think some one can prove me wrong if this lady is not doing the same to other customers.

This place is a hidden gem and inaccurately named! Tucked away in the back of Nordstroms at the Montgomery Bethesda Mall, this full-service cafe offered a surprisingly diverse menu. We sampled the three soups available that night and would have been happy with all of them (roasted chicken noodle, tomato basil, and clam chowder - equally delicious!). Our waiter Gabriel was timely, attentive, and incredibly kind and friendly. Other wait staff jumped in immediately when I dropped my knife on the floor. Our meals were tasty and served quickly. This was a huge jump up from anything else available in the mall, and comparable to any decent restaurant nearby (and for a really reasonable price, considering what we ate). The pasta with shrimp and red sauce was the perfect amount of spicy, and the pesto chicken gnocchi was delicious. Finishing off with a lemon ricotta cookie, it was a delightful meal and fabulous experience. The place was so quiet, I hope the word gets out quickly that this is the place to eat at the mall!

Jesse and Jorel at the ebar are awesome! I stopped at Tyson's before my doctors appointment to get a coffee and had the pleasure to be assisted by these kind gentleman! They even warmed up my cookie and wiped down my table, which is going above and beyond for the customer and I an so grateful! Thank you very much for taking the time to read my post.

I just got an espresso , even with sugar in, it still so bitter and burnt flavor... I wouldn't leave a comment but the moody cashier forced me to it. I'm sorry but I'm not coming back...

Coffee is not anything to write home about. Also, it's just outside of the Nordstrom, on the first floor, if you really want to spend some time looking for it.Parking: It's in the mall, plenty of parking.

Went to this Cafe for lunch and dinner plenty of times due to the great service first time going for their brunch which is nice of it ends at three I have to rave about the egg Benedict I got the crab mix it’s worth every penny egg Benedict is offered in almost every branch and I’ve always been disappointed and it’s refrain me from ordering it this is one of the best I have ever had! Highly recommend

The beat coffee place in the mall. Sit and watch the people and enjoy the coffee . The staff was very nice and fast.

I arrived before my guests and asked the waitress to please give me a separate check. When I placed my order, I asked for iced tea with lemon on the side. The waitress brought ice on the side (there was no mention of ice) and lemon swimming in the tea. At the end of the meal, she handed one check to the male guest at the table. This was so embarrassing as I had ordered the most expensive item on the meal, for which I had intended to pay. The most important skills a waitress can have is listening. She did not!
