Not Your Average Joe's - Bethesda

Ate dinner early so seated immediately. Room was cold but they did have heaters around the restaurant which made it more comfortable. Waiter was pleasant. Bar did not have peach to make a peach bellini but aperol spritz was tasty. Bread was cold both times we were served it. Meals (cod) and fried chicken salad were tasty. Portions were on the smaller size. I normally take home leftovers and was able to easily finish it Price for quality and portions seemed above average.

Service was slow and erratic. We asked for water twice , food was not prepared to order (no sweet potato fries, no dressing on the side. We were told they did not have the beer we ordered and later were told they did not have the wine we ordered.

Pretty good casual restaurant. French fries re yummy. My cookie dessert was sweet and delicious.

Prices are high for a restaurant that is like a bar with TV screens and loud background music. Food is good.

Samira and her brother and sister were so nice to us. The food was delicious. It was a nice way to spend Xmas Eve.

I have never experienced such poor service. We waited forever to get a waiter, then took another ten minutes before she came back to take our order. Then she never brought our drinks. She disappeared and we couldn't find her to get the bill and then another long wait to pay.

We enjoyed our egg roll appetizers and all enjoyed their entrees. We wish iced tea and soft drinks were a little less costly. Our server was friendly and very efficient and thoughtful. It was somewhat cold and drafty in our corner so my husband wore his coat the whole time. The staff were helpful in assisting my husband and his walker in using the little elevator to get to restroom. We will definitely come again and try other dishes.

This restaurant needs updating and more waitresses. The material on the booth was badly worn. The waitress was spread very thin. The pricing is a little high for the type of restaurant it is.

Came for Happy Hour and it was amazing!

I got a few drinks and got a few happy hour apps and they were so yummy! Our servers name is Dakota and he was absolutely amazing and funny! The environment was great- they had a nice bar with booth seating surrounding the area. Dimly lit. Nice hangout spot!

Your delivery partner charges 10 PERCENT OF THE BILL? And that's ON TOP of the $4 delivery fee you charge? The ridiculousness of those two fees together have lost you business.

The service was horrible. The bread was old and cold. The waiter took it back to heat it up and it came back burnt. We were 3 people and it took more than 30 minutes to get our food. Our waiter only checked on it because we asked another waiter for help.

Everything went well except the grilled salmon on my salad was not good at all. Service and atmosphere was good along with noise level but we were there at an off time. I would go back as I know their menu is varied
