Got to the office and what do i find? Not my order, unfortunately, ended up with fried rice, chicken and beef... Not the best way to spent your lunch break

Went on march 26 around 5:14pm and there was a mistake where they got my order wrong at the end. The cashier proceeded to the take pick the food back out of the box and put it back with all the new food! After seeing that I asked the cashier to just cancel my part of the order.

Used app to place an order used my location was in mall when ordered so how it go sent to germantown. I called and spoke to this location. Nothing they can due they literally have zero customers and I’m out 10$. Go here a lot but the last time. 5 people working 3 on the line no line zero customers. Such hard workers they didn’t fix it cause it would require using there head.

I have been to this, and other locations multiple times. The first young lady (with glasses) who usually serves here gives very little entree/protein. She puts a full portion on the plate, then takes some off, or puts little to begin with. You get about 60% of the entree portion at that location.
I have observed enough people give her the side eye for not serving the full portion of entree. One time she even leaned across to another line server’s plate, removing some protein they already had in the bowl for a customer. Super cheap move.
For as little entree/protein as they serve at this location, you’re better off trying a different spot in the mall or another Panda location altogether.

I don't write reviews unless I'm pissed. I'm waiting in line for 20 minutes at the front and the lady says cash only on a Friday lunch rush? If they said that in the beginning I would not be waiting in line and waste my time during lunch break.
The person taking orders also tried to give me food in a plate that was stained. Someone else's lo mein in there and then scooped it out? And trying to reuse the togo box? I had to ask her for a new plate because why would you serve someone else's stained plate i want a brand new one

I had a horrible experience with a front-line server who was disrespectful. He called me stupid for asking to replace fried rice with chow mein. His name starts with a B, but I’m unsure of the exact name. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it.
