Always a good experience here, I love their pick 2 deals and papaya green tea drink. I ordered their special fiesta chicken it was very flavorful and and appealing. Service is always good, never an issue. I really like coming here I definitely recommend to anyone.

I made the mistake of ordering at a wrong location on the app but I spoke with the Ryan, the manager and he was so understanding and took care of the order. What an amazing customer service experience. He was superb and made my Panera experience an unforgettable one!

My recent Panera experience was disappointing. Service was non-existent; I felt invisible waiting to order. The restaurant was dirty, with crumbs and trash on tables and floors. Most concerning, I witnessed people entering from outside, grabbing used cups from the trash, and then filling them with drinks. This raises health and safety concerns. Panera needs to address these issues to provide a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

The food here was fine. I am going three stars because this location has gnats. I was swatting the whole time I ate (ordered as dine in). I had planned to stay and do som work, but they need to address the gnats.

I usually order egg, cheese, Sausage Sandwich on a bagel on Saturdays. For the last three weeks, my orders were wrong. First time my sandwich came with bread and no sausage. Second time, got the bagel right, no sausage. Third time, got the bagel right no sausage. This time I made sure they understood my order. Looked at the receipt. And the price was right. Basically I paid $6 for Bagel egg, cheese sandwich. I thought about checking my food before leaving. But I did not and I should not. You guys owe me the right sandwich for free.

Im just going to start with how less resourceful everyone is in this place. Took 15 minutes to figure out that my food was sitting on the dine in side getting cold. Cashier act as if she cant speak or greet you. Bagel wasnt cut ,nor did they provide anything to cut with . Overall it seems there is no care for service here.

Seems to be a normal Panera. Not run very well for menu item forecasting/prep. Came in an hour before the end of breakfast and they were out of the Cinnamon roll that brought me into Panera in the first place for the first time in 2 years.

Never seen a Panera bread location that moved so slow. Defeats the purpose of "Rapid Pick Up". Having to wait 30 mins at the store for a pick up order is unacceptable. Especially when it was made 10 mins before arriving. Last time ordering here.
