Great new location at Walter Reed hospital. So easy to order on the app for pickup and you cant beat joining the Sip Club if you are a regular.

Overpriced and staff does not care. Smashed sandwich that’s falling apart and grease everywhere.

Today I placed an online order at Panera and the experience was very disappointing. My order took more than 20 minutes past the promised time, and I only received my food after I went to ask about it.

The way the orders were being handled did not seem appropriate for a place like this, where most people just stop by for their coffee or a quick meal on the way to work. At that moment there were about 25 to 40 people waiting, most of them with online orders.

Panera should better organize the order process so customers don’t have to waste time and feel frustrated. This is not the level of service one would expect from a brand like Panera.

**Located on NSA Bethesda, so base access is required.** I’m glad Panera Bread has opened at Walter Reed! Warm and efficient service, and the food quality is excellent—perfect for both staff and patients looking for healthier options. Online or in person ordering available.

Picked up 3 orders for myself and co-workers yesterday. We all ordered the cream of chicken and wild rice soup. It was not edible! It was so salty, that I had to return all three. When I took it back, the manager said that is the way it comes, and if I don't like it she can give me a new soup. She acted like she didn't believe me and a bit argumentative. It is unfortunate because one would think Panera Bread would have better trained managers.

These one-star reviews are honestly harsh. The lack of participating in sip Club probably has more to do with their contract with the facility or that they opened 3 days ago and need to generate income. No one would go to the galley or William III for coffee ever again if sip Club was available. Their prices are comparable to the other coffee shops here and you don't have to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich. Also, they have ice. If you need to ask why I say that, then you haven't been at Walter Reed long enough...
