These one-star reviews are honestly harsh. The lack of participating in sip Club probably has more to do with their contract with the facility or that they opened 3 days ago and need to generate income. No one would go to the galley or William III for coffee ever again if sip Club was available. Their prices are comparable to the other coffee shops here and you don't have to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich. Also, they have ice. If you need to ask why I say that, then you haven't...
