Delicious and authentic Palestinian food! The Norma’s wrap was so wonderfully flavored and spiced, I ate it so quick. I am so happy to have this spot near my work, can’t wait to return.

Wow just wow!!! Pita on the Plaza is truly a gem!! Norma, the woman handling orders is such a sweet woman! You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers experience eating there. NOW THE FOOD. The chicken pita they’ve got (Old Gtown Wrap I believe) is INSANELY DELICIOUS. I really haven’t had a chicken pita that good in a very long time. Everything from the seasoning on the chicken to the choices in sauces was on point! The falafel was fresh and delicious. The Pita is soft and has a really nice flavor as well. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else they’ve got to offer!! (If you like spicy foods, ask for some of the creamy harissa dip!!!!) Thank you again to Norma and the rest of the Pita on the Plaza team for a memorable experience!

Today was our first time trying Pita On The Plaza. Right off the bat, you get good vibes from the woman taking orders at the window (I think she is one of the owners), she knows some of the customers by name and knows their orders. Though, I am not a regular (yet), she was just as friendly and welcoming.They were busy, but the food came out quick and accurate!We ordered hummus, side of falafel, chicken, shawarma wrap, falafel wrap and baklawa. Everything was incredible! You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and the food is made with love.I can’t wait to come back to try the other menu items!Vegetarian options: Hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, falafel wrap, labneh dip, Mediterranean salad, Greek salad, 3MBC wrap, etc

Possibly the best spiced chicken I've had since coming to the States, perfectly balanced flavours and spices. Prices were very reasonable too! If you ever want to expand to Seattle let me know haha

Pita on the Plaza is a food truck that is located at the PL level of Bethesda Metro Plaza - their menu offers various apps, wraps, bowls, platters, and drinks.I had their Falafel Bowl, considered a vegetarian option, which came with basmati rice topped with a Mediterranean salad, 5 pieces of falafel, and seasoned onions, with a cup of tzatziki sauce. The Mediterranean salad consisted of diced tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and mint leaves tossed in a lemon juice and oil oil dressing; this was fresh. The rice was cooked well, but it was just way too much of it in the bowl. The falafel were crispy and not dried out, which I appreciated. The onions were okay, and not necessarily needed in the dish. I wasn't a fan of the tzatziki sauce, as it was a little thin and watered down, and a bit too herb-forward in taste.My counterparts wasn't a fan of their chicken wrap, as it didn't contain much chicken, and they weren't fans of the sauce, either. They ended up taking out the chicken and making their own sandwich out of it and tossing the rest.I'm glad I was able to give this place a try, but not sure if I'd go out of my way to return.+look for the food truck on the PL level at BMP+avoid the tzatziki sauce

It's a good rating!!!Pita on the Plaza is a food truck located outside the Hyatt Regency. The aroma floating on the plaza makes it hard to resist the wonderful food they serve. Be it wraps or full plates, the meat is tender, the sauces are divine, and the service is friendly. But make sure to check business hours: it's open for lunch, Monday to Friday only!
