Came late night with my kids!!! Dania was an awesome server..maybe one of the best I've had...my 4yr old was super taken with her and she didn't seem to be bothered that he took forever to order...she had other tables but let him keep her attention.....she even brought him a sample drink to try...she was smiling the whole time....I think this place is family run....when you have staff that invested in your business you get killer results and consistency!!!! They made husbands food with chicken instead of beef..and she QUICKLY fixed it and it was still good!!!! I will come again and again and I bet she's the same with everyone...her name is in lots of reviews...they're being honest!!!!bathroom was clean as well!!!!

We had a great experience at Plaza Azteca Mexican Restaurant in Bethesda! I had the steak fajitas and my wife ordered the beef nachos. Both dishes were fresh, flavorful, and arrived quickly. The portions were huge — definitely enough to share or take home. While the décor is a little dated, the service and food more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

The food here is really good, and the young servers are very nice and respectful. The gentleman working by the bar is also great. However, the lady who seems to be the manager lacks basic customer service skills, which unfortunately affects the overall experience.

The food was very delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a lot our dinner with two kids here. Meat and chicken dishes are particularly tasty.

No flavor, bad service. I ordered 2 chiles reyenos I had a quarter of a chile fill with cheese in the menú there was no description of beef chille to have carrots and it tasted like it was reheated more then once. Server was more worried about being on the phone.

It was a bit of a disappointment. To start off, I ordered a Classic Gold margarita. It was overwhelmingly sweet. Less sugar and more lime would have made it much better. The chips were very good, but the salsa was very runny. Pureed tomatoes would be better to thicken the sauce. I ordered the burrito with steak tips. The steak flavor was good, but the meat had a lot of fat and gristle and was overly salty. On the plus side, the tortilla was covered in a lot of cheese. The rice and pinto beans were classic Mexican. All the food was hot when served. Overall, it was okay, but I've had much better elsewhere.

The food is some of the best I've had in awhile and the portions are massive. You can tell everything is made in house because it's very fresh. The margaritas are just ok, they are on the weak side.

Have been coming here for years and have brought family who are picky and they loved the food as well. Great quality food, pleasant service, and comfortable atmosphere consistently every time. I love their veggie fajitas.

okay i am really impressed. i like mexican food but most of places put too much salt. Not this place!!! they know what they are doing and are doing a wonderful job. Everything was soooo good! you can really taste all the ingredients and each spice and they are so well balanced. I loved my food and will be back soon. Wow I am so happy I found this restaurant!
