The rice was super fresh and warm which makes a big difference in the quality of a poke bowl. The rest of the ingredients tasted great (no slimy fish or underripe mango!) and the scoops were generous.

I have loved Poke Dojo for a long time and ordered regularly. The bowls have been wonderful. However, the past several weeks I have only had one correct order. The first error had the wrong fish type, the second order had no fish at all, and this most recent order completely swapped key ingredients in two bowls in the same order to a point that one bowl was unable to be consumed. The only option for customer service help is to call the store where no one answered.
I am very understanding of the occasional mistake, we are all human and I am far from perfect. I did not request a refund at all for the first mistake. The second mistake was a delivery where is was only partially refuneded, and this third error was a pick up and I couldn’t get in touch.
But spending nearly $20 per bowl and to have 3 out of 4 orders incorrect in significant ways is disappointing.

First time ordering from Poke Dojo with a couple of friends and the food was amazing! I got the Lava Bowl with mangoes added, and it was a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. The flavors were fresh, and the bowl reminded me of a Japanese twist on Chipotle. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend 🔥

I truly love the good here. I ordered lunch at least once a week until quality control issues deterred me. I got seafood twice despite ordering tofu. That’s dangerous.
I ordered again recently after taking a break, and my second order is missing its drink.
I would love to give 5/5 but as a delivery customer, I don’t know what I’m going to get, and don’t have time at work to re-order.

This place is a total bummer. Service is terrible and they barely talk to the customer plus they were out of key ingredients yesterday (shrimp!) and the poke bowl I ate for lunch made me super sick. Very much recommend avoiding. In a place like Bethesda, this should be top notch and it's a complete miss.
