So after picking up my soup last night I saw two huge rats outside this establishment. I walked in to let the staff know and they basically blew me off. Hey management, expect a call from the health department!

Love the clearly labeled vegan options including pho with veggie broth and tofu and bowls with seitan, and other options. pho heats up well the next day too! One of our favorite places in the area.

Order delivery tonight and they didn’t include any utensils as I explicitly requested. Also, their meat portion is very small. Unbelievable that for >$17 bowl of pho this is what you get as beef

It's okay they skimp on seafood pho 3 pieces of tiny bay scallops and 2 shrimp. Not really impressed. The soup was refreshing overall. They should have on display the size of their small and regular less frustration for the cashier to show the sizes.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Cheap and delicious. I love pho. But pho places in the DMV recently have been messing around. Noodles sticking together, tasteless broth, you name it. Not this place. THE PHO AT THIS PLACE IS PRIME! The vegan broth is flavorful and delicious. Toppings fresh af. Staff is friendly. I think the people complaining abt that are from the West Coast and expect service staff to be super demure or something. They're helpful when ordering and kind. Only issue I have had here is my friend with a peanut allergy reacted to their grilled chicken even though it didn't come with peanuts on top, so be careful about ordering from the grill w a nut allergy.

The food is decent but a bit skimpy on the veggies for the pho soup and they charge extra for .50 for the chili sauce. The place smells a bit, tables are sticky and it needs some updating. Dirty walls in spots and bathroom smells some. The staff keep the place going with the consistent food but owner needs to put some love into the place and repaint it and clean it up a bit. Air conditioning wasn’t working and not that comfortable inside. The ice machine was also broken. Please show your customers some love and make the place more enjoyable and comfortable.

Did take out, fast service and reasonable prices for the portions. Pho was absolutely delish and I usually don’t like spring rolls but these were A+
Parking: There’s a lot right next to the building for the pho place, the bank, and Starbucks. About 16 spots.
