Utilized Ridgewells Catering for my work event at Sands Capital Management in Arlington, VA. The company recommended the catering provider as one of their preferred vendors. I worked with Molly. She was extremely helpful & catered my event to match my needs and budget. On the day of the event, I was very pleased with the food presentation. Variety was great & everything was delicious! No complaints from my event guests. Most of all, the on-site catering attendants handled everything exceptionally well! Eudy, Mohamed, and Gianella were phenomenal!! They went above and beyond. I had a few last-minute needs & they stepped up (helping with my swag/sign-in table set-up, providing an extra linen, & working around our onsite craft-making exhibit). They continuously checked on me throughout the evening and were such a positive presence! So thankful for such an excellent experience!

Ridgewell catered my son's bar mitzvah and they did a fantastic job. The food was delicious-we got many compliments. My son especially loved the chocolate cake and mini milkshakes:-). Our event designer, Andie, was so wonderful! She was so patient in helping us nail down the perfect menu, was a great communicator, and created such a beautiful space/event for my son. She went above and beyond to make my son's day extra special.

What a great experience. The food is delivered and loaded into your car (Thanksgiving Weekend) and hot coffee is offered. The food is labeled with dietary restrictions and heating instructions. The food itself is delicious. It was so good we didn't want to share the leftover, we ate them over the next week and the kept every bit of their full flavor. Truly, go with Ridgewells, you won't regret it.

This is not the Ridgewells of old - customer care is non-existent leading up to the event. Had to ask over and over to get proposal; when it came there was usually something wrong on it… time, number of people, menu items. If you don’t care about the poor customer service beforehand, the staff for the party was wonderful and the food was good.

This company hiring process is slow. I applied for a simple job position which they offer me. Poor management. I end up applying for another company which I got hired immediately.

If you are looking for a job, never work here. I spoke the person who is in charge of hiring employers and he responded in a rude manner and the first thing he said to me on the phone was "what makes you think you can get a job with no experience." I was willing to gain experience from his company. He then told me that people go to school for baking jobs and then it requires skill. I never knew that something you can learn in two minutes at home is taken seriously. But my overall message is that he did not have to respond to my call with immediate attitude and disrespect. He should be glad that someone even considered looking at the bakery assistant position he is offering on indeed. Just before you apply, make sure that you have gave up all colleges to go to the university of baking. I don’t think any of you, the customers, would want to contribute your hardworking and earned money to a company like this one.
