TERRIBLE service from waitress. We got to restaurant at 5 minutes till 6. Happy hour ends at 6 she was rude and in an unpleasant fashion told us if we wanted happy hour we needed to get there at least 15 minutes before the hour. WTF! It looks like a nice place though and the menu is good. Just watch out for the service. A real beatch.

Ever since standupcomedytogo moved here I've become a regular diner. I have no idea why reviews aren't better. I come here for the comedy. It's good to most often amazing, and incredibly convenient. However, the food at Rock Bottom is way above average. You get so much more than you pay for, and that includes excellent service and huge portions. I was too busy chowing down to take pics. There were 5 of us this time, and everyone was SO happy with everything. These were out of town guests. Thank you!!!

The food, service and atmosphere were great. The only reason I give only 4 not 5 stars is that the side portions felt a little too small … like less than a fist of green beans and fries. (And I have tiny hands!)But food is tasty and staff is great!

Appetizers and burgers are great here. Each time I’ve been, the service was stellar. They have pool tables upstairs. Happy hour is really affordable with a good selection to choose from.

We ordered 6 oz. sirloin steaks medium rare for delivery. The food came fast but our steaks were cooked medium and it was disappointing. Not what we ordered.

Shanna is the worst and shouldn’t even be a manager at this place. She does not care about anything. The food is also overpriced and the steak does not have great quality.

About 12 of us got dinner and drinks before the Saturday night comedy show. Service was great, food very good, and drinks were efficiently soothing to the senses. Had a blast watching the comics and also performing!

This used to be better. I didn't even get noticed when I walked into the bar area for 10 minutes. The people I was with, half of them had burnt food and sent it back. One lady, had a bad drink. Not enough seating anymore. Had to climb stairs to get to the bathroom, we are all over 50 and some struggle with mobility. Our server was great though. I didn' t get his name but he was really helpful and on point and prices were good for happy hour. They need a new cook and more seating in the bar area. We probably won't be back.

Service is really slow. Waiting an hour on your order is crazy. Would not recommend.

We went to Rock Bottom Restaurant tonight and had an overall very poor experience. Overall, our service was very poor. We could've moved past this but the food was also not good. We ordered the chip and dip trio and for $15 dollars, it was a complete rip off. We were given a very small amount of chips and we had to ask for more in order to continue eating our dips. For dinner, we ordered the bbq bacon cheeseburger and the chicken fried chicken. All of our food besides the chicken fried chicken was not warm, so the food was clearly sitting as they waited to finish the chicken. The burger came without any cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onions as it was supposed to. The chicken fried chicken and green beans were okay, but the mashed potatoes were barely mashed. The bathroom was also filthy as there was layers of dust collecting on the walls and ceilings in the stalls. It was a very poor experience and a waste of $100+, we will not be returning.

I visited Rock Bottom for a meetup event and had a decent time. I thought the bar service was pretty on point. Since I only had a few beers and cocktails, I cannot comment about the food. The restaurant is pretty large with two levels (and performance area/wing). The upstair area has a few pool tables with another bar. Unfortunately for us, the upstairs bar was not open for service, which meant having to go downstairs for beer and cocktail refills. The upstairs portion of the restaurant was nice, but I thought one of the pool tables was a bit too close to the dining tables. All in this is a pretty decent place to get cocktails in a moderately loud, very-low key bar.
