I ordered 4 chicken shrimp Teriyaki meals, each with extra chicken for lunch for my workers today. There was an evident shortage of chicken for the last one box as it run out of cooked chicken. The employee said that he would make it up when the next round of newly cooked meal is ready. However, he evidently forgot to add and also started to show bad attitude when I reminded him. I almost come to order lunch every week and am very family what is the right portion for extra chicken. This employee has a bad attitude.

I ordered a lychee lemonade drink.
Paid with card and paid in person but received too much ice and no lychee flavor..

Worest experience, wanted them to have the vegi on side but wanted me to pay extra $3.. disrespectful crew

The employee at the counter seems to be mocking the customer.

Prices are up, but it's now twice as slow. Not what it used to be.

The behavior of the staff, especially the person at the counter, was very unprofessional. They advertised a $5 discount on the first order for installing their app, but when I asked them to apply it, he scanned the app without applying the discount. I asked dressing for the salad, which they usually provide, but he mocked me with other staff for bringing it up. I used to be a regular customer whenever I visited Montgomery Mall, but after this experience, I won’t be returning.

I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THEIR SUSHI. I ordered the spicy tuna roll and within hours I was extremely sick. I see I’m not the only one who has gotten sick from their food. A health inspector needs to investigate because multiple people getting sick from the same restaurant is dangerous.

Wouldn't recommend it. The raw chicken that the cook put onto the grill looked like slop. I was immediately turned off but I had already placed my order so it was too late to request a refund.

Let me start with this location has no working phone number. I drove out here to order a large catering order to find out no one here spoke English! Wasted my time.

Went there to ask for a teriyaki chicken sample before placing an order. They guy say "NO". What a joke! Left...

Every time I come to the mall I eat here. Their teriyaki chicken is the best ! Super tasty and the staff are very nice helpful people.
