The Korean guy wearing a mask in front was so rude. I ordered takeout just before they were about to close tonight. No matter what I asked, he answered me very impatiently. This is not the attitude that should be expected in the service industry. It was terrible. I will never patronize their place again.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at Seoul Spice, but after my most recent visit I don’t think I’ll be eating here again. While ordering, I noticed that none of the food on the line was covered. I didn’t realize this until I was already placing my order and actually saw a fly land on the chicken.
I mentioned it to the person preparing my bowl, but they brushed it off, which was really disappointing. I was embarrassed to cancel my order, so I took the food, but I couldn’t finish it because I was truly disgusted.
In my opinion, the food should be kept covered and warm — even though the restaurant is indoors, germs and insects can still get to uncovered food. I’m honestly surprised that food can be left out like that and still meet health standards. I really hope management considers changing this soon.

Just visiting the mall, I stopped here for a Seoul Express for lunch. It was a great tasting meal, not too spicy and a large portion. Friendly staff too. Thanks!

Best gluten free option in Westfield mall. Sometimes I'll go here just to grab this delicious all gluten free Korean food. The mall food court is always very crowded so can be here to find seating and quite loud.
This is one of my favorite spot! The bowl taste absolutely delicious, purple rice and glass noodles with grill chicken or Steak bowl taste so good! Plus triple A sauces! Super Delicious!! Service was excellent too! Definitely come back again soon! Thank you very much!

This is my first time as I was passing through! I decided to order the Seoul Train and it was phenomenal. The food was a tad cold, but other than that it was fabulous! I would definitely come back here!
