This place is OK but not great.

Their app has a feature where you request ketchup, but they do not provide it when you request it.

Their app also has a feature where you can request a well done burger, but they gave me a burger with pink in it.

Absolutely reprehensible excuse of a wretched establishment this is. Lies, lies and more lies with online ordering. They string you along, gaslight you about their offerings, bait and switch at the last minute removing things. Spent 30 minutes trying to place an order. Changed my location on me. Placed it again. Items aren’t available. Well, it said it was. Tried again. Item is available again! But now another one disappeared entirely. It existed a minute ago? All the ingredients for it are used in other items, all of which are still available, hm? Curious indeed. It almost feels targeted, frankly… oh! And would you look at that! This other item has now returned. Well I’m miffed about the other thing indeed, but at least this is back now! Oh joy oh happy day! Wait a minute…. Wait a minute… what’s this? I can select it, I can press “add to cart” and yet… it does not add to cart. Everything else works. Just hit this one single solitary item. I would’ve rather been waterboarded for the last half hour. Ativan still be hungry but I guess I at least wouldn’t be thirsty. Now I am both of those things, and one small moment of my life- however miniscule- is going to bring down the entire average happiness of my entire life. It may be a trivial amount, as it was only half an hour but that’s not the point. Thanks a lot shake shack.

Great catering option!

I ordered the Shack Stack. There was definitely something wrong with it. The texture and smell were off, and it didn’t look or taste right at all.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Westfield Montgomery Mall. Mr. Usoff, the manager truly goes above and beyond to ensure top-quality service and food. It's been a really long time since someone was so friendly and attentive to their customers. Thank you, Usoff!

The menu is wide-ranging, which made our entire family happy from my kids who loved their juicy beef burgers, to my vegetarian self who found plenty of satisfying options, to my chicken-preferring in-laws who were equally delighted.

We tried a variety of items, including the new Dubai Chocolate Shake, the Chicken Avocado Burger, and the new Spicy and Spicy Ranch Fries. Every bite was impeccably delicious, bursting with flavor and freshness. If you haven’t tried Shake Shack while shopping at the mall, I highly recommend stopping by. it’s truly a treat for every palate.

The ShackBurger was juicy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and fast. Great food, great service — I’ll definitely be back!

Pissed off beyond imagination because there a was huge chunk of metal in my brother Dubai chocolate shake. IT’s negligent and NOT OKAY. It looks like a part of the blenders blade-super dangerous and honestly can’t understand how this happened. We sent an email to shake shack corporate.

I ordered food here because my wife is pregnant and her doctor said she needed more protein.

We ordered deliver through DoorDash (also do not recommend). The food arrived but it was missing her burger so I drove there and asked the manager and he didn’t care at all and didn’t even offer to make a sandwich after I explained it was for my pregnant wife and i showed him the $75 order (door dash fees included).

Awful people. Eat anywhere else.
