Overpriced 4 dollars for a drink is theft. Even if it’s in a mall, at least it was refill free. The chicken sandwich with avocado was alright. Yall aint never gonna fool me again Lol . Also the fries were Salty dot com

I am on a carnivore diet and Lisa was very patient with me and assisted me in my order. I was unfamiliar with the menu and she expertly guided me to the right items that gave me the best value for my money. She was very professional

Dear Diary - It was more like 2.5 stars. The food at my recent visit at this location was not particular good. Everything was overly salted - The burgers and the fries and unfortunately was unable to finish the meal. I thought it might have been just my order, but others that were with me had the same issue. It might because of the rush hour crowd that was making it difficult to ensure that food orders were completed in a timely manner, but the quality was not the best. If you go to any other Shake Shack standalone locations, they are consistent with their flavor and prep. So with the rating, I could only give their food a 2 star. Their service is as good as it could be with the current crowd and what can you say about the atmosphere?...it's a mall. If anything, if you want to enjoy a good Shake Shack, make your way over to a standalone location instead.

terrible....to start with the ordering kiosk was difficult to navigate compared to other places.the floor is concrete which makes it very difficult to have a converstaion, expecially with echo from the floor.the burger was sub par at best. 1 step better then true fast food. for a double it had a minimum of bacon, barely had any onion straws. i expected being a double i would be pleased with the amount of onions and bacon. NOPEI would not go back in the future. Cheescake or smash burgers is WAY better. SORRY

Staff is unprofessional and childish. My kids ordered a hot dog from the kiosk and the cook yelled out “someone ordered a glizzy”. That is extremely childish to yell out so that other customers can hear. The food was not good at all either. Will never return.

The worst experience ever visiting shake shack. Ordered a shack stack burger and it took 20 mins to get it. What’s worst is the meat patty falling apart, with no tomato in the burger. They used to serve better, don’t know what’s going on here.

My friend and I ordered Shake Shack as dinner before a movie. I ordered the veggie burger and added avocado which was extra. It took about 15 mins-and when it came it didn’t have any avocado. And I paid extra for it, so I was sad. I was really looking forward to it. My friend ordered a single cheeseburger at the same time I did, and we waiting for almost 30 minutes before it arrived. The ice was all melted when her food was ready and we were sad it took so long.
