We arrived a bit before out reservation time and we told that a "quiet table" we requested in our reservation "for health reasons" was not available and they tried to seat us in the main dining area at a table with no protection. There was a booth available as the customers just left. We had to insist on our being seated there. After requesting to speak to the manager, they did seat us there. This is a very busy restaurant, but if you reserve with a special request and the reservation is accepted, it should be honored!

Had brunch on a Sunday -- crowded and noisy as you would expect. Service was lackluster and inattentive. Servers stood around so this was not a case where they were rushing around with too many tables. I did not get splenda, syrup, salt and pepper or jelly with my breakfast. By the time someone checked to see how my meal was, I asked for these items -- which were eventually brought -- but my eggs and pancakes were starting to get cold. Very poor service. Disappointing.

Pleasant spot for a late afternoon lunch with a good friend. We were seated at a window table and greeted quickly by a friendly waiter. We went with diner food - cheeseburger and fries for her and BLT along with a grain based mini-salad for me. Both were thoughtfully prepared with high quality ingredients and more filling than they looked. My friend splurged on beignets for dessert...and of course I had to help her out with them. Very light with the right amount of sugar and spice and not at all greasy. Overall a very nice lunch...would be a 5 rating but food came out a bit slow.
