Today 08/23/2024 at 4:11 pm , I went in the Starbuck inside Montgomery mall in MD . I ordered custom coffee with the venti cup . The cream white Moca was less then any glass I did order before at all Starbucks store . I told the guy was makes my coffee ask him give me some more cream . He looked at me and said : you paid what you get , i can’t give you more cream . Wow the first time my life in Starbuck brand name store the service guy so rude and not professional . I think the store manager should training that guy be more nice with the customer .

The male employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I will be following up with the Starbuck supervisor on the poor behavior and treated very poorly with the raising of their voices and refusal of service. I'm so saddened that Starbucks allows their employees to be this disrespectful and not be in check.
