Earlier today, I ordered the same coffee I order every day, and once again, they made it wrong. Usually, when I mention this, they remake it without any issues. However, today was different.

When I told the employee that the coffee was incorrect, she insisted that it was exactly what I ordered and said it was written on the sticker. The problem is, she didn’t even bother to check the sticker. I explained multiple times that I order this same drink every single day, but she was extremely rude and refused to listen.

After asking for the third time, she told me they would give me a refund and said that I am not allowed to order coffee from there again. This was shocking and unprofessional.

Shame on this place. Worst experience ever.

I drive 8 miles out of my way on days I am not even supposed to be there just to walk in there...slice of joy...WONDERFUL PEOPLE!!!!

Terrible never coming back . I went to get a cup of water which is $1.09 or 1.25 . But I couldn't get it cause I had to purchase something else too , just stupid!!!!

They are so friendly and professional, they were super organized for the new holiday merchandise drop and made sure everyone was taken care of, thank you Michelle for your assistance and for making this starbucks a true success!

I come for the London Fog the tea is never steeped right. I've visited this location 2x, and I'm hoping they can make it right. But they can't with the teas.

At least the employees were nice enough to remake my drink. They made one of my London fog teas hot when I asked for ice, and they remade it. I explained I have teeth sensitivity with hot temps, and that's why I prefer drinks cold.

This location can’t make one of their own signature drinks correctly at all (brown sugar shaken espresso). They somehow make it different (and wrong) compared to every other Starbucks I go to. I just can’t keep banging my head against the wall ordering drinks here.

I’m done with this location. The staff needs to be sent away to other locations and be retrained.

I would give Marina 5 stars! She is incredibly kind and went above and beyond by making a drink that wasn't on the menu. She took the time to listen, explain, and then prepared it for me. Thank you, Marina – you're the best!

When someone complains about their order they don’t expect the store to cancel their order and call security .😡😡😡

Employees are really rude they don't even look at customers’s face and also in every Starbucks waters is free but for this loc they require purchase something I'm very disappointed 🙁

Great place to relax with a fresh made coffee.
I was actually greeted by a district manager who asked me how they were doing.
At the end and without asking for a review of course, he gave a gift card.
It was amazing!!!!
