I wanted to order Starbucks by using DoorDash but messed up, I called over 20 times to cancel the order and not a single response.

The male employee was extremely rude and disrespectful, and I will be following up with the Starbuck supervisor on the poor behavior and treated very poorly with the raising of their voices and refusal of service. I'm so saddened that Starbucks allows their employees to be this disrespectful and not be in check.

This Starbucks is subpar. I waited 25 mins for my order and they made it wrong, and good luck trying to get your drink because people crowd around the counter shoulder to shoulder it's annoying. It's in a really crowded mall so can't expect much I guess

Really inconsistent and extremely slow. Some of the staff are rude and don't apologize when the wait is 30minutes+I would say the only saving grace is the artist who does the chalkboard art is fantastic!!

This place is largely disorganized. While there might have been 6 employees behind the counter on Saturday, they made my hot beverage after 20 minutes, while prioritizing cold drinks of people who came behind me. The overall space was unkept and dirty, clearly they were over their head.
To start, my drinks are never made correctly but I don't usually mind because I assume that's just a barista learning. Who knows. What I do have a problem with is how visibly dirty their equipment and store is. Because of how dirty they are, I'll reconsider ordering here in the future. Very small inconvenience. No big deal really. I'll just find another coffee place. Just sharing to share.

The staff here is nice and it is clean. But, I was very dissapointed in the frozen refreshers. Seems like they just blend the iced drink which after just a few min will completely separate to the regular drink and a gross foam on the top. In the advertisements it has a thick texture that even mounds up over the cup, and the reality is nothing like that.

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered an earl gray tea which they forgot to make, and the hazelnut Frappuccino had no coffee, even after I asked them to remake it.
