So far they have been consistent in how they make my iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, it’s not milked out tasting like milky watered down coffee. It has a nice kick with a touch of sweetness and espresso. I wish all Starbucks would follow the recipe and be consistent with this drink, because when made right it’s a great drink!

I've been staying in the hotel where this Starbucks is, it's clean enough and the staff are friendly enough. But having to ask for sugar and stirring sticks is frustrating. I have a fantastic idea, why don't you put sugar, milk and stirring sticks out for customers? So we don't have to keep asking for them.

Like others have noticed staff at this location sometimes do not get the drinks right ? What was even worse is the attitude when I pointed it out. This is the first Starbucks in 15+ years where I was literally convincing the barista to remake my beverage

My experience was very bad. Service absolutely sucked. I ordered, they wouldn’t take cash. By the time I got my card out she said it’s 10 mins to closing and that she won’t serve me, i told her I already ordered, and she said “if you didn’t pay, you didn’t order”. I asked another guy and he took my order. He got my order wrong and gave me things I didn’t want. The woman saw me and quite literally kicked me out of the place.
